Awesome response time to my AC not working! Levi was super helpful!
One of your technicians is riding down riverside in Beloit currently, merging into other peoples lanes because he is on his phone while driving. This needs to be addressed before someone gets hurt!

We’ve used O’Connor’s quiet a few times between our old house and current house. They’ve helped us with our air conditioner, furnace, and electric work as well. Super courteous and knowledgeable! We’ll continue to use them! We recommend to all of our friends and family!
O’Connor’s replaced a furnace, AC unit and water heater for me this week. Not only were they the most affordable in the area, but they went above and beyond on site to address some other issues I was having in my basement. Levi, Mike and the other technician were helpful, friendly, and efficient. They were here for several hours and left everything cleaner than they found it. 10/10 would use them again.
Highly recommend. He has saved us a couple times, once when our furnace stopped working and again this year when our ac went out. I wouldn’t use anyone else!
Arrived on time - took the time to explain what was going on with the A/C and how to avoid it in the future. Recommended how to upgrade our electrical system. All around pleasant and helpful. Would recommend O'Connor to everyone!! Great Company.

O'Connor's was refereed to me by my dad, I needed a new AC and furnace. O'Connor's was incredible! Friendly and fast service. Very honest work, my ac and heat work better than ever. 10/10 would recommend for anything you need done heat and ac related.
We first used them when our furnace died on the coldest day of the year, they came out that day and got us a new one for a great value! Of course just a few years later on the hottest day of the year our AC went out, and just as before they were out same day switching it out and getting our house cool again! Levi went above and beyond to check every possible thing before changing out our units, I appreciated the honesty and time he dedicated on making sure we were comfortable!
I had Aprilaire installed. Very professional, quality work and a pleasure to work with. Will use again for all heating or cooling needs.
Furnace stopped working in the afternoon, they had a few calls ahead of me, but was here and had my furnace back up and running before it got cold in here. Before that my AC went out, and I had been using another place and they came every year like clock work to "fix" my AC unit. O'Connor's comes out once and it's been working for a few years now. Come this summer I will be calling O'Connor's to service the AC unit to make sure it continues to run.
Very honest and prompt business. I would recommend this company to all of my friends and family. I trust them in my home even on the occasion that I am not able to be there but can allow them access to the property remotely. The have fixed my humidifier when it started leaking in the basement, they have reprogrammed our smart thermostat to our family's preference, and they have fixed our multiple zone heating/cooling system when the louvers were not functioning properly. Their pricing is very fair and reasonable every time we have worked with them. I will continue to use them for maintenance in hopes that we never need to have repairs again!!!

I called for a noise coming from the furnace that I was very concerned about. Not only was it same day but everything was fixed and ready to go within a half hour of arriving.Highly recommend O Connor's Heating and Cooling.
