John was there ahead of time and ready to work. Did not try to convince me to buy unnecessary equipment or services. Advised me as to the condition of my system and told me what would need to be done and what should be done earlier. Always great service from NY HVAC Services!
The HVAC heat in my apartment was not working. I made a confirmed email appointment for Friday at 10am. I took the day off work, called the company at 9:30am and was told their dispatcher did not have me on the list that day. I asked if they could please come first thing on Monday, and they said no problem. I got a call Monday at 8am from an apologetic woman who said my appointment had been cancelled. THIS COMPANY IS UNRELIABLE.
George was awesome! He made sure everything was taken care of and my apartment was nice and cool.

Don't waster your time. Promised a quote and after 4 calls requesting nothing showed up. Completely unprofessional.
Rex is the real deal. He came to my house to check out my boiler. He found what was causing the issue pretty quickly, told me a valve needed to be replaced. He got the replacement In less than an hour and proceeded to fix the boiler. Took less than 2 hours to diagnose and fix. I highly recommend Rex for your repair needs. Damian Z.
I called NY HVAC Services. They came out within 2hrs. Rex "The Magician" went to the basement and determine what could be the cause of my furnace to stop working. Rex went back to his truck and brought his tools. In 15 mins he perform his magic and now my heat on and I am sipping on ice tea. Not to mention how nice he was and the price was affordable too. The technicians who came to fix my boiler were extremely professional and very helpful. They explained what my heating issues were what needed to be fixed and did not pressure me to buy the part needed. They were very personable and friendly and showed up quickly on short notice before they were going home. I am very greatful for them and will call them again for my heating and A/C needs!
The were fast and fixed a few issues including a running toilet, broken spigot, and even helped me with a large plant leaking on my deck. A++!
I highly recommend NY HVAC Services. I called these guys for same day service when I had heating issues. They were complete pros knowing exactly how to diagnose the issue and exact fix without huge expense. Don't bother looking elsewhere- these guys are the best and reasonably priced as well. Call them without hesitation!
