5 stars to Will for coming tonite and fixing our air conditioner. He was professional, kind courteous and made sure the a/c was working before he left. I’m so thankful because it was over 100 today and I’m sure he had worked in the heat all day. Thank you again!!!!
JR came out and got our AC running. He was very professional and took the time to explain what the issue was. Very courteous and knowledgeable. A different company told me I needed an entire new system but in a very short time JR found the problem and was able to fix it. Highly recommend this guy!!
Jr Morgan is awesome. He was able to explain the issue in terms that I could understand and he was extremely knowledgeable about my unit eventhough it was an older one

JR did a fantastic job for me. He went over and above. He discovered more electrical problems that need to be resolved. These may not have been discovered until after something else failed. I highly suggest you ask for JR to be your technician.

Very impressed with Will. Very professional,knowledgeable, and friendly. Diagnosed the issue with my AC not cooling and took care of it. As it’s an older unit he happily answered my questions and gave options for replacement and energy enhancements. I highly recommend NWA Cooling and Heating and I plan on using them in the future.
Had a great experience with NWA Cooling/Heating, especially their tech JR Morgan. He went the extra mile to fit me in and work on the air conditioning. Resolved issue promptly. Will use them again and will signup for the annual maintenance package.
George from NWA Cooling and Heating was at my location extremely quickly and took care of the problem in record time! This was huge for us, walking into our business on the busiest day of the week with no AC, was not an option. They got here fast and resolved our cooling issue faster than I could have hoped for, and for a reasonable price. Thank you so much!

I had an appointment on May 15th for an HVAC upgrade program through American Home Shield warranty. The owner came out to evaluate my system and said he would get the quote to me in a couple days. After a week I started calling to get an update. After 6 or so calls and getting the same answer “I’ll tell the owner to get that right over to you” I gave up with no numbers ever. I then called AHS who called and talked to the owner. Come to find out after a month the owner never even submitted the upgrade to the warranty company. He promised to submit it within the hour after speaking with the warranty company. Surprise, surprise that never happened. So here I sit in the same circumstance I was over a month ago. Must be nice to be so busy that you can just disregard a customer. I’ve never tried so hard to spend money. They will not be getting any of mine, ever. Very disappointed!!
JR is the best! Can always count on him to get things right the first time. Look forward to seeing him on service calls!
We had multiple issues occur. Will and Team were very responsive and empathetic to my situation, flexing schedules and working extra hours to ensure the work was completed.
Will showed up right on time plus notified me when he was on his way. He troubleshot the issue with my AC unit and got it up and running quickly. I am very thankful for their quick response time. Thank you again for getting the air back on and my wife off my back. You guys are my hero’!!!!
Outstanding service and professionalism. The guys were friendly. They called an hour out, showed up and got to work had the unit installed and working in a couple of hours. Unit works 10 times better than the old one.
