Can’t say enough to praise the profesional work of Brian and his team: superior indeed. From his first visit to provide an estimate and throughout the process, Brian was top notch in assessing the best candidate heat-pump solutions to match well the existing heat-only ducting in our house, through scheduling electrical pre work and the install itself. Brian was flexible through a change of plans due to personal travel and a change of “my”mind in some details of the proposed heat pump solution. Very professional, personable and trust worthy. A man of his word made good on his promise to have it all up and running in time for the heat wave that just hit us. The system works great, super silent and responsive to temperature changes. The furnace at my house went out one morning after a strong 20 years of service. Brian from the NW Superior Services came out to inspect the furnace that same morning and provided me quotations for the options I had. I chose to have a new furnace installed. Brian was able to get it installed the very next day, saving me and my family from the winter cold. The crew was professional and polite. Thanks Brian and crew!

I called NW Superior Services because our furnace was not putting out enough heat, and occasionally I would smell a musty smell. I got Brian when I called, and he was able to converse a bit on the phone with me as I tried to explain what was going on. He came out and helped us trouble shoot. Turned out my husband hadn't changed the filter the two times I asked him to, so we just had a very, very dirty filter. 😅 Oops! I couldn't get to it otherwise I would have done it, as I prefer to change it monthly. Brian was very knowledgeable and thorough and helped us investigate other possible issues before he discovered it was the filter. I would definitely call Brian again for our next furnace and duct needs! They also sell these air scrubbers which go on the duct and clean the air. They use PCO to make hydroxyls which are basically little cleaning molecules which kill mold, bacteria, and even viruses. I really appreciate companies who sell these since they tend to be more attentive to indoor air quality and more knowledgeable. I would recommend this company and am bookmarking them for next time. I really appreciate that they answer their own phone instead of using some third party answering service that doesn't know anything. Thanks Brian!

They did an amazing job and were so nice and professional came out the same day we called no hassle and got everything fixed the very next day!! I can’t recommend them enough they were great and I would definitely use them again!!
Brian was amazing and came out to install new ductless heating/cooling units after our 22yr old furnace finally died. He got it all done in a timely manner, despite the snow. He was very professional and gave us a great deal! Highly recommend!

I received same day service in the midst of a July heatwave! All the folks at this company were attentive, prompt, professional, and took the time to educate me on my system and ways to maintain it in the future to ensure the life of my unit. I text them pics and videos of the issue I was having and it helped them feel more prepared for parts to bring. I feel like they went beyond the call of duty, I am absolutely happy with my service and impressed with this company. 100% recommendation!

Alex and Brian did an exceptional job installing ductless 4-way and 1-way cassettes and 48K main unit with all needed thermostats. We are impressed with their work as well as their professionalism. Highly recommended.
Brian and Alex are the BEST!! NW Superior Services installed a mini split system in my home to replace baseboard heating and bonus AC for the summer ;-) Brian took the time to understand our home and our expectations of a mini split system. Then he followed through on our additional questions. Professional and thorough all through the process. Pricing was fair and transparent. Installation day went great, Alex is so easy to work with. My home was respected and tidy when the crew left for the day. I wholeheartedly recommend Brian and Alex!!
