Adam and his groups are awesome. If you are looking for any type of service including a new install, I would call NW Solutions.
Our 30 year old furnace and ac unit finally stopped working. I called and Adam showed up same day. This was a Thursday and by the following Monday we had a fully functioning system installed. There was quite a bit of luck involved with the short timeline as far as parts and an installer being available. Everyone was extremely professional and put a lot of care into the installation.
When our 18-year-old A/C died in the middle of that heatwave last week, we resolved to get 3 bids on the probable replacement of the entire heat pump/AC system. After the first 2 companies came and both confirmed our worst fears, that repair would cost almost as much as installing a whole new system, and both came back with estimates pushing $7,000, along came NW Solutions to save the day. Their service manager Adam took 25-30 minutes poking around, showed us a picture of the insect that had gotten trapped right in the compressor's connection point, and reported that after 18 years we were low on freon as well, then proceeded to fix everything in less time than it took to correctly diagnose the trouble, and "Voila!" For substantially less than $600, our AC is working like a charm and we are good for some number of years to come. Our system was decidely NOT shot, it did NOT need replacing, and NW Solutions was the only company that was straight with us, saving us over $6,000 (!!) in the process and solving our problem johnny-on-the-spot, no fuss/no muss, and zero hassle. If only all businesses would operate with the same degree of integrity and professionalism, the world be a vastly different and far better place to live. Thank you, Adam!
Really pleased with the heat pump installation done by NW Solutions. Our job involved removing a 47 year old electric furnace and replacing it with a new HVAC system. I feel very fortunate that they we able to get and install the system within a month of placing the order. Les and Brenda were great to deal with and Randy really did a great job installing and went out of his way to come up with a thermostat that worked with wifi. Not only was the price good, but the important thing for me was they were able to put the outside unit where I wanted it. THANK YOU NW Solutions. l
We had to wait five months for our mini-split due to supply chain issues but we wouldn’t change a thing. Their office staff is super friendly and Randy who installed the units worked through cold, dark and rain to get it done in one day. He was thorough and made sure he got the job done right. Good things and quality work are worth the wait!

Extremely happy that I chose NW Solutions when our 25 year old heat pump system failed last week. We felt like they knew what they were talking about - and gave me great advice on replace vs. repair. When it made sense to replace they recommended a system that would be right for our home and then were able to get the equipment in just a few days. The install was very difficult due to a subsequent remodel after the original installation of the old unit, and it took an extreme amount of patience for the installers to grind through the difficult part of running the lines. But they stuck with it with more patience than I would have had! I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing expert HVAC work done in their market area. Great people!
Our AC stopped working in the middle of a recent heat wave. With a newborn in the house (two weeks old at the time), we needed to move quickly to get our repair. Through recommendation, we contacted Adam Salazar with NW Solutions. Within what seemed like minutes after his arrival our AC was repaired and back to cooling our house! Brenda was able to work us in the same day I called during the extreme high temperatures. It shows they care about people. I am so grateful due to our age. I believe the person who came to our rescue was Adam?, he explained everything and was very professional. I definitely will call next year for service on our AC.
Our experience with NW Solutions started in December 2020 when we had them out to give us an estimate on a new furnace and heat pump. Adam came out and gave us the quote. He was the third quote we got (out of 4)... when he arrived we were strongly leaning towards quote #2. But, Adam changed our mind. He wasn't a flashy salesman that just tells you what you want to hear and glosses over the details. Adam is a technical expert who takes the time to explain things in detail. He took an immense amount of time looking at our current system, going into the crawlspace and attic to look at our existing duct work and then going room to room and measuring everything so he could do an accurate load calculation. He was the ONLY person who did all of this. We were very impressed with how thorough he was and how much he knew about the technical details. My dad was helping interview companies and he is a tough guy to impress. But, Adam succeeded. After the quote, we had several follow up questions and Adam was more than willing to handle everything we threw his way. In the end, we went with NW Solutions which also saved us thousands of dollars over what we would have paid with the other company for a system that was more robust than we needed, and we got a system we are happy with. It's extremely quiet and keeps our house fairly comfortable (we have 3 levels so that can be a challenge). I'm anxious to see how it performs in the heat of summer. The installation took about two days and our installer, Randy, was friendly and willing to answer my many questions as well. Adam also reached out a couple of months after the install to ensure we were happy with how the system was performing and to see if we had any questions. NW Solutions is a small business we were happy to support. We will be calling them for future heating and cooling needs. Thanks Adam!
Great company! Met with Les and found out that he knows what he is talking about in regards to HVAC. I felt he treated our home as if it was his. We had our electric furnace removed and a new HVAC system put in. The work was quick and professional. The installers were on time and felt comfortable having everyone in and out of our home. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

We have had Adam service our cooling system for our wine cellar for several years. When it went out unexpectedly last month, Adam and the NW team came to the rescue. They found alternative ways to temporarily cool and store our wine. Adam expedited the delivery of our new system, put in all the hours necessary to install it and ensured all the finish work to make our garage look good as new was done quickly. We just purchased a home in the Lexington neighborhood and as our luck would have it on the first hot day we found out that our Air conditioner was not working :( we called our warranty Co. and they sent out there approved service company (who shall remain nameless) after there assessment , We were told that the compressor/condenser was shot and we would have to replace the entire system ($10,000-$12,000) and on top of that they told the Warranty Co. that it was preexisting so they would not be cover the cost ...... Not having a good feeling or confidence in there assessment I wanted a second opinion so I reached out to Adam Salazar At NW Solutions and I could not be happier that I did ...after a quick inspection he found that the capacitor and condenser fan motor were bad....Adam ordered the parts and within a few days and only $700 later we had air!!!! as a business owner I could not be happier with the honest and expedient service that we received from Adam at NW Solutions!!!!!!
I have used NW Solutions for work for several years, and am completely happy with their service from phone calls to finish. I recently had them install an A/C unit at my home. Randy and Adam had to go beyond a normal install because of the way my place was wired. They worked at it until they were satisfied everything was running right. Can't say enough good things about this company.
The first warm day this season we noticed the A/C wasn't working properly. We called Brenda at NW Solutions and she scheduled for someone to come over quite quickly. Randy was the first there and after realizing the A/C unit was toast and looking over things he had Adam come on over and really go thru and see what needed to be done. Once they went through everything and we talked about options to improve our entire air flow we were on the schedule. We placed the new and improved unit in a much better location and with their advice installed a second cold air exchange to get better air flow all together. Wow, what a difference that all made. For the first time in years we can feel the air from every register and the A/C is amazing in every room. We honestly couldn't be any happier and we look forward to having them help us with our business heating and cooling.
