We hired Keith and his crew at NV Heating and Air as part of the Mass Save program to swap oil for heat pumps as our main heating source. We also didn't have any cooling installed, so this was an important decision on a system that would need to work for the whole house all year long. Keith was prompt, kind, and gracious at every step of the process. We compared a few bids and his was by far the best value for the investment. They also take over the applying for the Mass rebate, so you have one less thing to worry about in the process - not something we saw offered by others. The thing that really impressed us in the end was how good the installation crew was. We've seen neighbors with heat pump systems that are total eyesores for how they were installed. And while there's only so much they can control where the units go, they were meticulous in making them as low impact on our curb appeal as possible. Ditto for where they opted to put the indoor units - very low impact on the design in the house too. We'll definitely be repeat customers of Keith's as a result of the job!
Had NV install new furnace and ac system in April 2022. Workers were efficient, respectful and left everything clean. System works great and the price was excellent. Have recommended them to neighbors.
I had NV Heating and Air Conditioning install a ductless mini split system and 3 smart thermostats for me in a 3 family property in Westborough. From start to finish, everyone involved with the project (the owner, all the workers and office personnel) were professional, courteous and competent. Keith (owner)understood the system very well so he was able to explain in layman's terms to me and also help out with the mass save rebate paperwork at the end.Being a 3 family in an older home with a disjointed layout it was a challenge to to get it right. But in the end all of the work inside and out was well thought-out and neat. In my 27 years of owning rental properties this project was certainly one of the best experiences I've had. Easy 5 stars, would highly recommend!

We recently decided to have central air installed in our home. After searching on line and reading reviews, we decided to call NV to come out and quote. Keith, the owner, was there promptly when he said he’d be. After a thorough walk thru and some thought, he recommended mini splits based on the layout of our house. We decided to go with this and couldn’t be happier. He had given a rough timing estimate during the visit, and then we were given a schedule upon deposit. They were there on the exact day they said they would be and finished early. The installer crew led by Ron was extremely professional and tidy. We had trouble with one compressor the day before leaving for vacation and I called to let them know, told them when we’d be back, and they had someone there first thing the next morning for an immediate fix. The units have been running splendidly and these 90 degree days have been so much better for us than in the past! You’ll notice many positive reviews for NV, and I will say they are all the real deal. We would recommend NV in the highest fashion, and will attest to an exemplary experience with Keith and his team.
We can’t say enough good things about NV Heating! We were looking for central air install but when Keith came out he recommended another system that ended up saving us a ton of money and is much more efficient. The guys were in and out in 1 day for install. Thank you SO much! Highly recommend!

Keith is very experienced in the business and will give you honest feedback and fair pricing for the best solution. His team did a great job replacing our AC/ Heat Pump. The service was done correctly, quick and clean. Keith even helped with the "Mass Save" rebates and warranty information after the job was complete. (Excellent service) We had several companies quote this job and went with Keith and his team based on great recommendations and his "follow-up" after quoting / answering questions...etc. No need to feel lost with several options, let Keith be the expert for you. My husband and I are thrilled that we've finally got AC in our home. NV Heating & Air Conditioning did a fantastic job. From start to finish Keith and his team were professional and dependable. They showed up when they were supposed to and always cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend this company if you are thinking about adding AC to your home.

Great company to work with. They're very thorough on what needs to be done to fix a problem and are very professional. So far they've done two repairs to my heating system and were always pleasant and willing to help. Keith and Ron are great guys and I'll be calling them for my HVAC needs.
The project started later than planned, with no communication with me on why, and as a result finished later than promised. There were a few incorrect parts installed and were only rectified after I raised them as discrepancies from what we agreed contractually. The work generated an unbelievable amount of dust, and virtually no effort was made to minimize this. I have had contract work done before with walls removed etc and that created less mess than this project. I had to hire a cleaning company come to the house for two days to remove all the dust created. I have had 2-3 different issues post installation and the response time has been extremely slow. One of the issues has to date not been resolved. I’ve attempted calling, texting, emailing and did not receive responses for weeks. I have now given up on trying to get this company to fix the problem and have found a new company to resolve the problem. Overall, I was disappointed with the mess but mainly frustrated with the unwillingness to fix the issues with the installation.
5+ stars, I never leave reviews but I needed a furnace cleaning to close on my home and they had a tech there in 2 hours when everyone else was telling me 1 month (even when I was offering to pay emergency services rates). They pulled the tech off another job to help me out and still charged less compared to the other services in the area. The tech was extremely professional and courteous answering all of my questions. Can’t thank them enough!!!
