I spoke to Ray and informed him I had a Samsung refrigerator that the compressor wasn't running, and that it was covered under warranty. No big deal right? Wrong... He led me to believe that he could handle the issue and Only After servicing the fridge (which he only diagnosed the problem) and handed us a $95 dollar repair bill. Q: When questioned about the charges, he stated that he informed me that he did not do Samsung Warranty Repairs... Why would I have asked someone to come and charge me for a repair that was fully covered under warranty? A: I WOULDN'T !!!!! HE IS A COMPLETE SCAMMER! According to the previous reviews we were not his first victims! Bewate....... Avoid Like The Plague!

If I could write this review and give less than one star, I would in a heart beat. Our dishwasher quit working and thinking it was still under warranty we called Home Depot where we purchased it. They said it just went out of warranty but gave us the phone number of the repair person they use. Thinking a big box retail store would use a decent repair company we called and scheduled. Ray with this company shows up and the whole experience was awful. Never on time, never. If I wasn’t a SAHM I don’t even know how someone would ever be able to be home when he decides to show up. Time frame after time frame was unmet. He would say he needs to get to the office to see his schedule and then never call. Ordered a part and 4 months later came to install it 4 months! Didn’t even stick around to see if the dishwasher would run a full cycle, and of course after sitting for months it wouldn’t drain. Then takes a week to come back after saying he was coming day after day. This last and final time he showed up he left the biggest mess, water all over the floor and a random screw left on the floor too. This guy is full of excuses, from medical problems to car accidents, and even dropping his phone in the toilet as to reasons why he can’t make it. We really tried to show a lot of Grace. I understand things happen to people, but I really felt the lack of effort and care on his part. We were probably better off before he ever entered this house bc who knows what’s going to happen now that his hands have touched our appliance and under the sink. The bad thing is, people aren’t finding him via Google search, so these bad reviews probably mean nothing. If you do see this, just find a different company and don’t waste your time or money.
Repair leaking refrigerator .The guy got the down payment for part and never show up again . Watched out he is a Fraud
applianceprotoday.com is how I got connected with this business. Ray came out on Saturday 3/13 and spent less than 15 minutes looking at my dryer. Tells me it’s these parts and he can’t order until Monday. Also says he needs half the amount of the repair to order the parts, which was odd to me but I comply. No update from him Monday. I call Tuesday and Wednesday asking for updates. He says Wednesday the parts will be there Thursday morning and he would come to repair. No word from him all day so I call around 3:45pm and get no answer. A man calls back and says there was an accident and Ray had to stay in the hospital overnight and acts like I should have known. Nobody contacted me about anything. Friday 3/19 rolls around and I’m quoted 12p-2p arrival time. He calls at 1:07pm and doesn’t show up until almost 2:30pm. Seemed like he didn’t want to be there. Sounds like he’s breaking my dryer to take it apart. Looks around and says he misdiagnosed and I’m getting a refund. Puts the dryer back together and leaves. I check my dryer and it’s not even put back together properly. It’s missing screws. One screw was on the floor. I was livid. I wasted my kids whole spring break over my dryer to be repaired just to be left worse than I started. After what I went through, I will not recommend this company to anyone.
Angie’s list recommended Ray Delph to repair my broken Dishwasher. He arrived on time, this is the only positive I have for him. He was not friendly and misdiagnosed the issues and left within 10 min. He did not turn the unit over or inspect the unit properly. I replaced the item he said and it did not repair the issue. When I inspected the unit myself I found a busted hose and ordered the new part and replaced myself. Working fine now. He was a complete waste of time and money. Can’t trust Angie’s List... I won’t!
Worked on my dryer and broke more than he fixed. If you want to light money on fire then I suggest going with this guy.
I hired this company off Angies List to come & fix my washing machine. A representative showed up & quoted me a fair price in March. I paid him and told him that I needed a new hose. He came back 3 days later, but didn't have the hose. Water from the washing machine spilled onto the floor, and the representative told me that he had to order the part I told him that I needed, initially. Well, April came & I told the representative that I needed to see him in May, because it was the 23rd of the month and my money was low. At the beginning of May, I called Nuair and the representative told me that they didn't have the hose in their truck, but that they would come back and fix the washing machine. I waited for a couple of weeks, but they never came back. Being a disabled veteran, I really don't have money to waste, seeing that I'm on a fixed income. I had to buy another washing machine and waste money that could have been saved. If you aren't strapped for cash, by all means, hire them. But if you want your appliance fixed right away, look beyond this company.
