Nate has installed a new furnace and has serviced my air conditioner over the last couple years. I appreciate his prompt service and that he doesn’t try to charge me for things I don’t really need. He will take care of your heating and cooling needs!
I have an older system that I was pretty certain would have to be replaced, as it wasn’t cooling the house. However, Nate performed a service, educated me, and the unit is keeping our home cool now. I’m amazed at the difference and thankful that I don’t have to completely replace the system right now. However, when I do, I will call Nate with NSW.

We have used NSW Mechanical's services in times of emergency and in times of normal maintenance. Each and ever visit is professional and priced for normal people with normal jobs and families to support. I'll use NSW as long as I live in the area!!!!!!
NSW installed my furnace in 2017. Did such good work I had him replace my air conditioner in 2018. I have him out to service it yearly. Nate is honest, quick, and reliable. Highly recommend his work.

Nate has been servicing my furnace for a couple years now. He’s professional, on time, upfront about service and repair costs, and not pushy. He leans towards actually repairing and maintain my equipment rather than automatically replacing parts, and I appreciate that. He will let me know if it looks like parts may need replacing in the future. After he does a job, he always checks back in later to make sure things are functioning properly. So thankful to have a local HVAC guy that knows what he’s doing and will shoot me straight. Highly recommend!

One word. Wow. Nate went above and beyond. I had been hearing alot of great stuff about him on our local Greenwood chat. Everything being said on there was true. We called around to a bunch of different Ac places and no one could get to us until the middle of next week. We have two small little kids and the heat has been rough. Nate had a full schedule and he still squeezed us in. He really cares for people and what he does. He's very personable. I just met him and I felt as if I had known him for a long time. Thanks Nate. Customer for life.

We hired Nate to install our new HVAC system late fall last year. Mine was old and needed to be replaced. He canceled on us first day we had an appt scheduled, second time he showed up late and my boyfriend actually had gotten a pretty good start on it by the time he arrived. After the install, which he spent a good deal of the time checking his phone, I asked what we owed him and he came up with such an astronomical figure that I didn’t think he was even serious. We settled on a figure that was also way too high because he did after all, perform the install and we needed it done. I felt like we’d been pretty screwed over price-wise but at least we would have a nice, comfortable home for the coming seasons. It worked great this past winter; however, when we had the first really hot day this year, which reached up into the 90’s and I attempted to turn on my new AC unit, I discovered that due to his poor workmanship, all of the Freon had leaked out over the winter! I spent the next 3 days elsewhere with my kid and pets because my house was too hot to live in, calling HVAC places to try and get someone to help fix it. This after we attempted to call Nate who refused to answer his phone or text us back. We did get someone to fix it, for a reasonable price and they confirmed that the issue was 100% due to a lack of knowledge or perhaps laziness on the installer’s part. The lesson learned through this ordeal is that some people care about the quality of work they provide to trusting customers, and others just don’t. Unless you enjoy being overcharged for less than even mediocre work, or perhaps dealing with someone that downright refuses to make it right when the help is really needed, I would not waste your energy on contracting NSW.
Nate installed a HVAC system that has never really worked and once he got paid he will not return phone calls. Very disappointed. I can not recommend him or his company.

Nate with NSW Mechanical was fantastic. He responded quickly to service our furnace after moving in and solved a unique issue we had. I will definitely be calling them in the summer to replace our outdated A/C system. Highly recommend.
Nate did a great job installing our 96% efficient gas furnace. He is professional and knowledgeable. He and the guys got the furnace and 2 thermostats installed in 4 hours and cleaned up after. AND he did it for literally HALF the price of 2 of the companies who advertise on tv and radio. I recommend him!

Fixed issues that several others had told me were non-issues for 5 years in less than an hour. Will never use someone else going forward.
We had tried numerous, 4 or 5, HVAC companies over the years. Their maintenance checkup consisted of spending 10 minutes at our home, leaving, and everything being just as it was before they came. We had mentioned, year after year, that our AC was not cold "like it used to be." Still, with every company, when they left nothing had changed. Then, based on his Google reviews and Angie's List (back when it could be trusted) we called Nathan with NSW Mechanical. Nathan took time to check our unit out thoroughly and when he left our 12 - 13 year old AC was blowing as cold as the day it was installed. We've used no one else since and could not be happier with NSW Mechanical. Nathan's honesty, integrity, and value, are a breath of fresh air in this industry.

Nate at NSW has been my go-to guy for HVAC for years. He's always been professional, clean, fair priced, and has excellent customer service. I've used him for AC and heating repairs and it was a no brainer to call on him when I needed my furnace replaced. I wouldn't call anyone else for service. Simply the best. 10/10 would recommend.
