I happily used NRG Management for propane for years and when my furnace died, I gave them an opportunity to quote a replacement (they were not my regular HAC cleaning contractor). Not only were they able to install the very next day, they had the forethought to ask questions about what was important to us and not just offer a same as what was in place installation (which other two contractors did..). We did not need a 100K BTU furnace which they told was due to home improvements over the years - they were also able to create separate zones saving us even more money. They even offered a heat pump option (odd for a LPG sales co?!) though we decided against. With allergies in the house they recommended a higher grade air filtration option that worked great 👍 and I clearly did not pay attention to the new WIFI thermostat operation instructions -though they are always eager to help/remind an older gentlemen! Highly recommend NRG to all friends and family!
My husband and I were excited to switch to NRG from a big name propane company because of their excellent prices. Andrew was able to come out fairly quickly and assess what would need to be done to put in new tanks etc. However, the first red flag was when he stated he would email over the specifics the following day and never did. It wasn't until the third request for the info that we actually got it. Despite that, we understand that things come up and scheduled the installation of the new tanks to be between 8 and 10am on a Saturday. On Saturday morning Andrew called and left a voicemail stating that they would be over closer to 10/10:30 which was fine. At 11:15 we hadn't heard anything so my husband called and was told they would be at our residence around 12. Finally, at 1pm after waiting all day for them to arrive, I called Andrew directly to ask when they expected to make it. I was admittedly frustrated on the phone as I explained that we had originally expected them between 8am and 10am and that it was now 1pm. Before I could finish, I was interrupted and told that I was wrong and they had called at 8am etc. I tried several times to explain my frustrations but was unable to because Andrew interrupted or talked over me before I could finish. When I finally asked him to please let me finish speaking he spoke over me again. I did ask one more time for him to let me speak and he said he did not want us as customers and hung up on me. I am extremely grateful that we won't be locked into a two year contract with this company and relieved that there are comparable options in the area (that don't require a contract committment either.) I understand that things happen and plans change but I wish they would have been more proactive in communicating when they would actually be able to come out, especially since we wasted 5 hours on a Saturday waiting for them and was appalled at the way Andrew conducted himself on the phone.
Nrg is my one stop for oil gas and HVAC . Andrew and the team always give great service at competitive prices
Called NRG to install a new water heater. They showed up on-time and did a great job for a great price. Also they did not do a high pressure sell. They said this is what it will cost.. end of story..
Great service and Andrew was very knowledgeable. He was able to get my fireplaces in tip top shape in under an hour. This will be my company of choice from now on! Keep up the great work! Thank you!
We’ve been using NRG for both of our properties for propane and couldn’t be happier!! They took care of everything and had us switched over in less then a day not to mention they have really good prices! We’ve had them service both of our furnaces and did duct cleanings, they even gave us a phenomenal price to have an on demand hot water heater installed which we will be doing in the hopefully near future!! Can’t say enough good things about this company and they’re professionalism. We will recommend them time and time again!
Switched to NRG after dealing with Energy North. Andrew was knowledgeable, prompt, and polite. Their rates were extremely competitive and he was able to perform a clean out service; fix some lines; and take care of some other issues that otherwise would have cost me an arm and a leg. I highly recommend switching to NRG and leaving the big name companies.
Andrew and his team have been a pleasure to deal with. We were paying an unacceptable price for propane with a large dealer due to low volume usage. NRG has saved us a great deal of money and the service has been prompt and professional. We also just recently had them install an AC system that we couldn’t be happier with! Only regret so far is not having discovered this company sooner.
The best services around.first to come out fast response quality work.verry happy with the workmanship

After being left stranded by our contracted company we called NRG and they were able to help us out next day with an overnight installation. Very professional and great quality work
We have been using them for years. Andrew is by far one of the most skilled HVAC Techs in the state and runs a top notch business.
Great service that you can always count on.
Andrew came to my home to assess a boiler for s steam system. There was a joint that needs to be soldered to stop the escape of steam. After that was corrected, Andrew suggested to evaluate the system over a couple days and be in touch if there were any further concerns. We paid the $89.00 fee. I did have to call Andrew back a couple days later, as the soldering of the joint did not last. He said that he would have somone out the next day around 8-830am. I called Andrew at 9:00am the next day and got his VM. I left a message. He did has not returned my call. I do hope all is ok on his end. I don't like to do bad reviews....but.....
