I am happy to report that after Novel installed a new AC for me a few years back, service is still top notch. Sean arrived within the time I was given, diagnosed my problem as a faulty thermostat, changed it and was on his way. He explained everything precisely, offered me choices so I could make an informed decision. Unlike some service there was no mess to clean up when he left and I have a sparkling, functional thermostat! As long as Sean is with Novell Custom they will remain my go-to Heat and A/C folks.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I had to write one for this company. Truly outstanding service at a fair price.
Please avoid this provider. I scheduled an appointment 5 days before the visit. They gave me a window between 10 and 12 for service. On the day of the scheduled appointment they called at 10:26 to let me know they had overbooked. Fortunately, my mother-in-law was able to stay and I was told they would be there between 12 and 1. They never showed up. They never called. My mother-in-law left a 1:45. I sent an email to the owner and he responded with falsehoods. He said the tech was there and no one was at the house. He stated that multiple calls were made to contact me. He lied. The owner obviously has no integrity.
My family has been clients of the company for many years. The service is done in a timely manner and they work around my schedule. They have always been friendly and professional.
We had to call around to find somebody to fix the air conditioner in our lab. It was urgent and needed to be taken care of that day. This happened after two of the hottest days of the year at that point. After making several calls, I finally came upon this company. They said they would see what they could do. About an hour later, they contacted me and said they had somebody available. The technician showed up a short time later and got right into diagnosing the problem. He was quick and found the problem right away. He also pointed out a few areas that we needed to address. Overall, very professional. I would highly recommend them based on my experience. We look forward to working with them in the future.
They did a very good job very professional my AC had a blown fan motor with in 2 hours it was up and running again I also looked around before I called Novell custom heating and Air and he gave me the best price Thanks its a 101 degrees out side but 76 in my house Love it
