We called Nova because we heard an awkward sound coming from both furnaces in the home. They sent someone promptly. After speaking with the technician, it was decided that both furnaces were going to be replaced. From that moment on, everyone was helpful, prompt, polite, clean, organized and informative. Both furnaces were replaced in a timely manner as well the follow up inspections! Truly a pleasure to work with this company! As a small family business owner, it is always helpful to work with another family owned business! Will highly recommend them to others!

Furnace overheated and failed on coldest night of the year. NOVA , (Scott), responded next morning to troubleshoot system. NOVA, is up front and very knowledgeable.I have been using them for well over 10 years, and am very satisfied with their performance Rating 5 Stars

We have been using Nova for the past 20 years. We couldn't be happier with their professional service since we recently had them install a new furnace and air conditioner.
Our central air was not keeping up in our home during a heat wave and Nova came out the very next morning and found the issue at the unit almost immediately. The tech was so informative and explained everything that was being done and our air was good as new soon after he left. Amazing customer service and skilled techs. I highly recommend them for all your HVAC concerns.
I have used Nova Heat for approximately 12 years they installed 2 heating systems and an a/c system. Also have a maintenance contract with them. Great family business. Reliable, professional, neat, and fair. Would not hesitate to utilize their services.
I have been a customer for many years. They are fast, knowledgeable, honest, and the workmanship is always superb. They have always responded quickly in emergencies. This past week, they replaced my broken hot water heater. Arrived on time, were neat and cleaned up nicely. Installation perfect, works great. Recommend them highly.
I started using Nova when I needed to have my A/C split unit repaired. When the service technician arrived, he asked if I was interested in signing up for a yearly servicing and cleaning for my unit. I decided to do so. It turned out that the only problem with my unit was that I needed to replace the fuse. Since I signed up for the annual servicing, I only had to pay $25 for a replacement fuse. Since then, they have been scheduling and servicing my unit and I could not be happier with the level of service that they have been providing. The entire staff are pleasant and friendly and I always feel like they are a part of the family. I’m so happy that I discovered them!

All prices were inclusive & quite fair. All work was completed promptly, & in a neat & professional manner. A follow up service was required which, again was completed promptly. The matter was resolved, very quickly w/o any problem. I have referred them to several neighbors. They are my "go to" mechanical contractors.
The NOVA team showed up right on time and protected all areas of the house they were passing through. They replaced our entire HVAC system and it works flawlessly. The installation was of the highest standard. I wish all work was done to this standard. The new system effortlessly cools the house on even the hottest days and in the winter our gas bill dropped significantly and we even received a letter from NJ Gas congratulating us on our reduction in consumption. We highly recommend NOVA.
