Fermin came to the rescue by fixing my air conditioner that was blowing hot air and never cooling the house. Another company had put in a new unit last year and they blocked the flow of air by putting a part in wrong and the pipes/coils were freezing up. Fermin did not mind me being right there when he opened up the box and described in detail what had to be done. It ended up being a two day job and I was so appreciative that he got me in as quickly as he did and completed the service. I now have an AC unit that is cooling the house and working awesome. I was treated with respect and communication was great. I highly recommend Nova Heating & Air Conditioning (Merced) !!!
NOVA did an excellent job on my HVAC installation. He took the time to explain the process and kept me updated. The new system works great!
Fermin was wonderful. I called Nova Heating and Air on a Saturday because my AC was not working. Fermin came out right away and spent a lot of time that day diagnosing my issue. My AC was completely dead and he recommended that I replace it. I got two other opinions and quotes, and they all confirmed what Fermin first told me. So, Fermin replaced my AC unit, and while he was at it, I had him replace my aging heater too. He was communicative, courteous, and very professional. I am very happy with his work and will use him for all my heating and AC maintenance needs in the future.
Fermin is AWESOME! When we need help for our air conditioner/heater, he will come out right away! His prices are very reasonable. I would recommend Nova Heating and Air Conditioning to everyone! Fermin is a breath of fresh air-- very honest, polite, and professional!!! By far the best!!!!
Had an amazing experience with nova they where fast and very knowledgable my ac was fixed just in time for these hot California summmers I would definetly recommend giving them a call for all your cooling and heating needs.
