Skyler did a wonderful job repairing my AC. He showed up at my house even earlier, explained and showed me the damage reason, replaced the damaged part right away. Excellent job! I plan for reaching out Skyler whenever I have AC and/or furnace issues in the future.

We have used Northwind for our heating and hvac systems for a couple of years now and we appreciate the quality and professionalism of their service. Both Skyler and Chase are courteous and punctual and I never feel like they are trying to sell me something I don't need and they actually listen to what I am saying. Northwind is a great value and we look forward to continuing to do business with them.

My AC wasn’t cooking our home. I texted the number and they scheduled me soon after. They were incredibly kind. Skylar came to our home and quickly repaired our AC. This is the second time we have had to use them and they have always been so great, kind and honest! I would definitely recommend them.

Skyler and Chase came to do air duct cleaning and to tune our AC unit. They were friendly, professional, and worked hard. They left my house clean and I felt very comfortable having them in my home. Unforeseen weather caused us to have to reschedule our AC tune up but I’ve zero doubts they will show up on time for that once it’s scheduled. I’d recommend them to anyone who could use their services. Their prices are fair and the service is great. 10/10 would recommend.
Skylar and Chase installed a new furnace and added AC to my house. Skylar’s estimate was exact and he took the time to review other estimates I’d gotten and pointed out why Northwind’a options offered more (better equipment, warranties, etc). They worked around my schedule and other contractors and were on time and efficient. I trusted them to work while I was in the office and they were very communicative about their progress. Overall great experience. Will work with them again.

Knowledgeable-Honest-Prompt! When our furnace started acting strange on a cold winter day, we contacted Northwind and Skylar was able to come by right away to check it out. He repaired it that day at a fair & honest price and not take advantage of the emergency situation to jack-up the prices nor make unnecessary repair or replacement recommendations.
