I filled out the form on line since they stated they have 24 hour service on 6-24. Response was slow. Man text said he would be out so asked the time. Long delay, then asked if he could come on Sunday. Said yes since it was getting late and there would be no light. Arrived at 9:30 am. Apparently this company will outsource their work. The gentleman was very nice. But he completely missed the fact the coils had a leak. He added Freon, charged me $280.00 never said a price up front. 2 days later the same issue was back. Was able to get hold of another company who found the issue immediately. I called this company, explained my issue and they hung up on me.

I called a few hvac companies in the area and they all gave me the runaround or told me they were 2-3 weeks out. I did have 1 company come out the next day but they were trying to replace my whole ac unit and it was pricey so I called these guy and they came out the same day and diagnosed my issue the right way. They saved me a lot of money and now my family is not sweating their butts off! If you're looking for the best heating and cooling Northwest Indiana has to offer then call these guys now.
