I had a fantastic experience with Northwest Heating & A/C. Their team is knowledgeable and courteous, and they always provide high-quality service. They recently helped me with a problem with my air conditioner, and they were able to fix it quickly and efficiently. I appreciated their professionalism and attention to detail. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of HVAC services.
My husband and I have never experienced such a wonderful experience and have called many other places such as Apollo.Until now ,we have had the run around along with never answering our questions or fixing the problems until now . Northwest heating and air conditioning helped us in every way from cking everything ,explained all that they found and what he was going to do .Very wise and great at explaining, we felt he cared more about us the customer than anything. That’s hard to find sadly. He was friendly we felt like family by the time we were all done. He was very knowledgeable and took time to answer all our questions.Was on time and he made sure everything was working perfect and even came back to ck after everything had been repaired. We will never go anywhere else, For years we went through Apollo and disappointed felt put off they never really fixed the problem . Frankie with This company Northwest Heating and air conditioning, he fixed all of the mistakes and missed problems Apollo missed and had our system running in just a matter of a few hrs .i can’t say how thankful we are that we found them I pray anyone who reads this can feel how happy and absolutely satisfied we are and will also call and be so thankful you give them a chance.Northwest Heating and air conditioning are in our opinion the best , they cared about us and put our needs first not put us off or charge us hidden price’s. They truly are like no other business. .I may add our unit was still under warranty but we are so thankful and blessed we didn’t go back to them and found this company 🙏 Thankyou, , John and Stephanie Dyer
