Scheduled appt for 9-11. Northstar called day before said needed to move 12-1....Drew showed up at 3.....said didn't have time, would show up at 8:00 am. At 8:30 called company and they indicated he would arrive in 20 min. Cancelled appt.
VERY impressed with Northstar! They called the day before to confirm. They called the morning of my appointment to give an estimated time of arrival. They called again to let me know my tech was a bit later than expected. They called again to let me know he was on his way! I appreciated the communication so I was able to get a few things done. When the tech, Ivan arrived he gave us all the time we needed to understand our heater repairs. He gave us options and explained everything thoroughly. He even programmed our ecobee to accommodate the addition to our heater. I highly recommend Northstar!
