Absolutely stellar Installed our system and not an easy install- great service and knowledgeable.
Tom has been to my home on more than one occasion. Both times he has been professional and very hard working. My mini-split stopped working and he was able to get it back up and working in no time. I’ve recommended him to several people and they too are very satisfied.
Tom did an AC tune up for us and was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Highly recommend his services. I will definitely be using Northshore Comfort again. Thank you so much Tom!!
10/10 would recommend Northshore Comfort Control. I asked two different HVAC contractors to provide me with quotes to install a ductless mini-split in my living room and they both told me it couldn't be done due to limited access on the exterior wall of my house. I called Northshore Comfort Control to come out for a quote and Tom said he could get it done no problem. He completed the work in two days. I was so happy with the mini-split install that I decided to have him install central air on our second floor as well. Again, Tom finished this work on time and on budget. Couldn't be more pleased with Northshore Comfort Control!

Tom and Northshore Comfort Control are excellent. He maintains furnaces, boilers, water heaters, etc for me at multiple locations. I'm very pleased with his work, and absolutely recommend him. He is prompt, fairly priced and very knowledgeable about heating systems.
Tom has tuned up, repaired and installed heating and cooling units for me. His twice a year service for heating cooling keeps both of my systems running smooth! He has helped me out with a few emergencies as well. Always here as soon as he can and very quick to return a call. Can’t say enough about North Shore Comfort Control

I recently had Northshore Comfort Control install two ductless units as well as a full ducting AC system on our second floor. Very happy I did- The work was done exactly as promised and it looks and works great! Two thumbs up, it was the right decision.
We recently had a hvac problem where the heat went out in the middle of the night. We ended up using north shore comfort control and glad we did. They showed up quickly, were very upfront and clear with their prices and did exceptional work. I find more and more people these days don’t do the job right which is frustrating to me, but I am very happy we used NSCC. Great pricing, work, and professionalism. Will be my hvac people going forward.
