I called Paul, and he was able to come out the next day. Paul diagnosed the problem had the part on hand, and the air conditioner fixed in an hour. Highly recommend!
Did a good job.
Paul the technician was punctual, very courteous and friendly. He return my call in a promptly manner. He explained everything I needed to know about my A/C unit and didn't try to sell me any unnecessary services and the price was fair. Great guy, highly recommended.
Paul, and is the Best friendly Ac pro you can get. Honest prices and will show you what is wrong and how he's going to fix it. Great company.
Paul has been servicing my furnace since around 2007 had a malfunctioning Smart Honeywell thermostat go bad had today had to reinstall the old mercury style was not remembering how the wires hooked up talk to Paul over the phone and then in minutes we had the old thermostat hooked up and furnace running again can’t tell you the number of times he was able to help me and explain some of the simple things like a carbon sensor that only need two screws to remove it clean it and put it back in And my Trane high efficiency Was up and running thanks Paul
Mr Paul came to fix the furnace in my preschool room the morning after we called. He came on time, was so polite and kind to my preschoolers that had tons of questions. He fixed the problem quickly. I will be recommending him and this company to anyone that needs heating/AC help!
I called late in the day Paul called me right back and scheduled my repair the next morning. He was prompt courteous and knowledgeable. He quickly identified my issue and made the necessary repairs. I certainly will use this company for any other repairs I may need and will refer him to all my friends and family.
Paul was great, needed some help installing a thermostat. Tried helping me over the phone, still couldn't get it. Came out and helped, everything works perfect. Thanks again for the help. Highly recommend.

My experience was awesome and came at right time. I called Kern to help me with a heating problem I was having. I was told it would be $900.00 to fix the problem plus the cost for the visit. I was stuck had no finances to cover what they said it was. I prayed for an answer to handle the problem I was going through. My pray was answered at the right time. North point heating came to my house. I needed a second opinion. Paul was there to take care of me. He told me that he was able to get it running and he did. He stated that what Kern told me it was that it wasn't. Paul did a wonderful job and knows his stuff. The cost was $90.00 a whole lot better than $900.00 plus visit.
Paul has worked on our A/C units and replaced our furnace over these last few years. Very transparent guy and responds to calls quickly. He may not be the cheapest, but certainly the most reliable and honest in the field. He doesn't mind explaining things to customers, or having customers watch him work. Our furnace was a mess and he took great care of us.
My heat went out overnight and it was the coldest night of the season with snow . I called Northpoint in the morning and he was here fixing the issue by that afternoon. Very nice, informative, upfront with the pricing and had my heat working again that same day. Will be using Northpoint for my heating and air conditioning needs going forward. Highly recommend.
We were certain we had to replace our a/c so we called Paul. He came out, checked everything, gave us an estimate or told us he could short term fix our unit, but it may still not be as cool as we'd like. After getting an estimate and recommendation from him, we researched units and companies and decided he was it so he replaced our a/c swiftly and without any problems. He was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. (He even gave us recommendations for where we could take an RV camping!) I do not want to pay for another a/c unit anytime soon, but I'd hire Northpoint again in an instant.

I had alot of family coming in for a party at my house and my water heater went out, water everywhere and no hot water! I called Northpoint heating they came out right away, replaced my water heater and cleaned up after they were done. You wouldn't have know anyone had been there except for my new water heater. I was and am still very satisfied with the work they did! Great work at a fair price! I will definftely use them for all my heating and airconditioning needs! Thank you Northpoint!
