CJ made it to our home in less than 24 hrs on a weekend to diagnose a malfunctioning central air. Made time to come out early the next week to make the repair. It was important that we got it repaired quickly because the weather was warm and leaving the windows open during air quality advisory was concerning with a newborn in the home. His promptness was greatly appreciated! He explained everything throughly, fair price, friendly and professional. Will be using Northland Air again and recommending to others!
We had a new furnace and ac unit installed. Quick and professional service! Very thoughtful with respect for the homeowner and the home. Strong work ethic is shown in the completed job and all through the installation process.Will be recommending to everyone !!!
Northland Air took the time to walk me through the options after my furnace failed. Got us up and running with a new unit and installed AC as well and we are ready for the muggy season as well as the long cold. Very happy with the results.

Northland Air came and conducted preventative maintenance on my furnace the other day. They found a bad exchanger and took the time to go out of their way to take it out and show proof of a crack. We went to them for a new furnace install and the whole experience was very pleasant.
