Mr. Lopez installed a new refrigeration split system to replace an aging system that was original to my home. Mr. Lopez is a TRUE CRAFTSMAN. His attention to detail in unsurpassed. He has decades of experience and is so knowledgeable about his craft. Out of all the quotes I received, I thank God I went with Northern Pass Refrigeration, LLC. Thank you, Joel.
Joel and his team fully removed the old Evap system and fixed unforeseen damage at a great price. Proceeded to fully install a new HVAC unit. Great quality and work. Will definitely refer and use NPR for future needs. 100% satisfied customer!!!
From start to finish Joel at NPR took care of everything. So, it turned out that we needed a special circuit board to complete the repair, but I didn’t have to lift a finger in the whole process! He called the manufacturer and got ahold of the circuit board (on a holiday weekend!) and had it installed the day it arrived (with rush shipping!). I’ve dealt with a lot of people quoting for HVAC work and repairs over the years and as you may know not all technicians or companies are equal. I found Joel to be knowledgeable, trustworthy and fair, not to mention friendly and honest. 10/10 would call him for this kind of thing again.
