Northern Kentucky Heating & Cooling was great! I spoke to Rick on a Wednesday for an estimate to replace our HVAC system. We scheduled install on Friday and system was completed by end of day. His installers Elvis and Cohen did a great job installing and very friendly. Rick and his team were great at explaining and answered all our questions. They went above and beyond! Very fair price in comparison to other companies in the area. I highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs. Will definitely use them again! Thank you!
Rick and his team are amazing!! They are very professional with the entire process. Our AC went out on the hottest day of the year and they where able to do a temporary fix that aloud us to stay cool until our new AC was able to get replaced. I highly recommend this company for any of your heating and air issues. Plus I found out that they can also clean your ducts. Great job!!!

Northern Kentucky Heating & Air Conditioning is the BEST! My A/C stopped working this week just as it got very hot. I called them mid-morning on Wednesday and Rick was at my house by 4:30 pm that afternoon. He diagnosed the problem (a broken motor on the fan) and had my A/C working in about 10 minutes. The price was beyond reasonable. A great company that I would highly recommend.
Rick, the owner, was prompt honest and reliable. He put in attic fans so the house stays cooler. He came when stated, finished the job, cleaned up and was easy to talk with. I highly recommend using him. I wish I had used him to put in my new furnace 10 months ago. I will definitely use him again.
