We have been a customer of Northern Heating and Cooling for 18 + years. We have always had excellent and professional service whether it’s been annual checks or new equipment installed. We had Brandon and Connor recently come for an annual service check. Both are very friendly and explained all that was being done while they were there.
Can’t speak highly enough about our experience with Northern Comfort Heating and Cooling! From the initial contact to the final installation everything went better than is usually anticipated these days. Prompt, on time, extremely qualified and talented crew left us with an attractive new pool heater that will definitely enhance our swimming season. Would highly recommend them for your pool heater or any HVAC needs you may have!
We set a time. Northern Comfort called ahead and were able to come during regular hours and got right to work. No mess or complaints from the team regarding age or condition of our equipment. They soon tracked down risky problems we were not aware of. All were repaired in a short time, and the AC was quickly up and running. Thanks Northern Comfort team. We will calling again for our boiler and AC needs.
They came to give me advise on my pool heater and the advise given fixed my issue. While there they also address an issue with my RGE meter falling off my house and he took the time to reattach it. Great company.
We had a problem with our pool heater this year when we opened it. I called Northern Comfort Heating and Cooling and they were very friendly over the phone and had someone out with in the week. Friendly, knowledgeable, great service. Definitely call them again.

Outstanding service!! Really helped in the winter when the furnace went down.
Technicians were on-time and all very knowledgeable and personable. Completed the A/C installation on my current forced-air system in the time they said with little to no disruption to my house or life. Somewhat of a high price for the parts and service but not above standard market rates
Well, not an actual "pool heater repair," but a full replacement of our old pool heater. A couple of specific points: They were on time with both the initial onsite inspection appointment and the resulting install. The original quote was good for seven days. We needed to wait about 60 days to get our finances in order before we could schedule the installation and make our down payment. When I reached back out for an updated quote, it was slightly lower (Unheard of right?!?!) Carl and his team were here the day they said they would be, worked in less than ideal weather, were clean and efficient, and really really competent. I would rank Service, Professionalism, and Value as 10 out of 10. We'll be working with Northern Comfort H&C moving forward for our homes needs, as well as for our pool.
We couldn't be happier with the Northern Comfort Team. Carl, Brandon and Connor were courteous and efficient with installing our new AC unit. They made sure everything with installed properly, educated us on how to use the new unit efficiently and cleaned up any mess that was made during the installation process. They took the time to make sure everything was working properly, even our new programmable thermostat. The price we were quoted for the estimate was fair and exactly what we paid. We couldn't be Happier! We Highly Recommend Northern Comfort Heating And Cooling!

We use Northern to service our oil fed boiler annually. They do excellent work and try their best to save customers money when they can. We had a zone valve go bad. They could have been parts changers and just slammed new parts in. Instead we were given an option to rebuild it and save a good chunk of money. They converted two bedrooms from electric heat to water baseboard. It was seamless and the work quality was excellent.

If you're looking for reliable service at a fair price, this is the company to call. And they actually answer their phones. They came on time, were courteous, friendly and clean. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They came Tuesday on time and installed my new furnace. As always they were friendly and courteous. And I am so grateful they were able to get the furnace installed before today because it is 8 outside. Thank you guys so much.
Our furnace stopped working late on a Saturday afternoon. We received a quick response and the work was able to be completed promptly. We were so grateful because it was a cold day and the temperature in the house was dropping quickly.
Easy to make an appointment with. Did not know much about hot water heaters which made us a little leery. Did not complete all items that were scheduled.
Brandon and his partner were prompt as well as courteous. Got my humidifier repaired quickly and they thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. Very pleased with how my repair was explained to me.
