I've used Northern Climate Control for a long time. They do annual maintenance on my furnace and central air. I wouldn't hire anyone else. Their techs are always reliable, knowledgeable and thorough.

NCC is so good, no one can compare. They NEVER overcharge or upsell, and their prices are incredibly fair. They're quick at the work, super knowledgeable & teach you the things you can do as a homeowner. They've always been on time, very polite, even friendly (a rarity these days). Quinn recently helped us, and that man deserves a raise- he was fantastic!
The fan was blowing, but no heat when we returned from a trip. It was late and very cold. We called the next morning and before noon we had heat! Home warranty paid the bill, but the technician was awesome and had the heat back on in 15-20 minutes.
Northern did a tremendous job diagnosing and repairing a part that was starting to fail on my furnace. Very happy with the job they did and would recommend.
Made an appointment to have them come look at my furnace. I was quoted between 2 and 4 on Tuesday. Nobody called or showed up during that time. Around 6 I receive a phone call saying he's been fixing a furnace all day and asked to reschedule for 2-4 the next day. I accepted. Next day, no call, no show. Guess they don't want my business. Update: I called and they will try to make up the appointment tomorrow. I will update after that has been done. I'm really happy with the effort to make things right. Update 2: A tech showed up over the weekend to look at the furnace. He spent about 5 minutes here to watch it run a cycle and take a picture of the model/serial numbers. He then said he would be back Monday with parts. I was hoping for some sort of diagnostic testing to be performed to determine what (if any) parts were needed. It turns out it didn't matter, because nobody showed up on Monday. It also marks the third time I was "held hostage" in my own home waiting for someone who would never arrive. Final Update: Tech never showed up on Monday. No call, no voicemail, nothing. I'm not using this business any more in the future.
Alec and Mike went above and beyond to get a new furnace installed in a dark, dirty, cramped crawl space before a major cold front arrived. Thank you!

I received Northern Climate Control's info from a friend who recently used them and had a good experience. I would recommend his company to anyone looking for HVAC work. The installation crew was on time and very helpful through their part of the process. Scott was responsive and timely with his quote as well as a follow up phone call to see if anything else was needed.

Scott and his team are people of their word, fair and honest! To a person they are people if their word! Northern Climate Control has serviced my old A/C unit and then installed a new A/C unit and serviced my furnace. They also repaired my mother’s A/C, and just installed a furnace and thermostat for her. All were done on time, the work to be done was well communicated and the quoted price was what we paid with no added surprise costs. And far below everyone else in the market. They were so very kind with my elderly mother. They respected her home, laid down sheets to protect her floors and actually smiled and educated us while they were there. They even like dogs! I wholeheartedly encourage everyone to give them an opportunity to turn a potentially stressful experience into a calmer positive one!! They do business the way it should be done!! I was selling my home and the inspector determined I needed a new furnace. The current scheduling times for other companies were weeks out and that was going to affect my home sale. When I explained my need to the owner of Northern Climate Control, he immediately set up an install with a top-notch service person at his company. They did an excellent professional job from removing the old furnace to set up and orientation of the new furnace. I was able to confidently let my buyer know they were well taken care of with the proper high-quality product. Thank you Northern Climate Control!
