Edgar came out to diagnose a faulty a/c system. He quickly diagnosed the issue and found a solution. The a/c is now back to normal. He was honest and professional during the whole ordeal. I definitely recommend them for hvac issues.
We had them come out to repair our heater and they did a great job! Not only did they repair the heater, but they also took the time to explain to us what we could do to prevent future issues. We appreciate their knowledge and expertise, and we will definitely be using them again in the future!
NorthBay Comfort was great! Edgar and his team did a great job on our vents and went the extra mile climbing on our roof on a rainy Saturday to ensure the job was done right. I would absolutely use their services again and recommend them to family and friends.
Edgar and Salvador came about 10 minutes early which was nice. They came to fix our dryer vent duct, which was completely clogged. We decided to replace the whole duct, which they did immediately, having to crawl under the house. During the job, they found a gas leak in the garage. Edgar had a toolbox with a lot of parts, and they were able to replace the valve and hook up the gas dryer that we just purchased. These guys are quick, responsive and we were really impressed with how attentive to the detail of our house is, and catching (& fixing!) the gas leak was incredibly nice.
