Tech replaced the outside unit fan motor that was replaced last July. It was working at the time he came out. It has been intermittently not working: would not turn on, make a noise then no cold air would come out of the ac vents. Has happened 6-7 times within the last month. He went ahead and replaced it under warranty. Was not sure if they would replace it because it was working at the time he came out. Did not want to have to pay over 1000 dollars if it went out completely when it got outside of the 1 year warranty. So I was extremely pleased they went ahead and replaced it. Great service and will absolutely use them again.

We contracted North Texas HVAC to install heating and air conditioning in our condo in Dallas. We could not be more pleased with the relationship and work they have done for us. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They are prompt concerning appointments. They go about their work quickly and quietly and clean up afterwards completely. When contacted, they provide services efficiently and respond the phone calls as quickly as can be expected. We have recommended their services to friends and family and are proud to do so.
Bryan and his team are the best in the area. I had an issue over the holidays. NTX HVAC was there. They always should up when they said they would. They would communicate their ETAs. All the techs were professional and highly knowledgeable. I would suggest that every homeowner that does business with NTX HVAC get on their maintenance program. It will eliminate a lot of issues ahead of time. I would recommend NTX HVAC to anyone.
We recently had issues with both of our furnaces. When contacted, we could always get a next day appointment (including on Christmas Eve). They are friendly & professional, and we appreciated them applying the cost we paid for repairs toward a new furnace once we realized that was the best solution.
