Always A Great Job! My Go-To Pros for AC repairs of All Types!
The Initial visit was to repair a resistor, they had great communication on arrival time and keeping me informed on the delay that was caused by previous repairs ahead of me. Once the repair was made all was good. The original problem was caused by an underlying problem that wasn't discovered until the 1st technician departed. 2nd call for repair was made very close to 5pm. They attempted to get the original tech to return but he was unavailable. The great thing about this company is they had a 2nd technician come after 5pm and found the secondary issue and repaired this. While the return service call might seem standard one was not. This was after 5pm and they were at the house until after 9 pm to ensure the work was completed. Most companies would have charged extra for the after hours call and possibly an additional diagnostical fee. North Texas Air did not as they stand behind the work they perform and their commitment to service is outstanding. I have used this company previously and will continue to use them because of the pride and integrity they have in their service. My apologies for not getting everyone's name, but Russell is very serious about his repairs and performing a complete evaluation of the system and leaving you with recommendations on what if anything that might be a problem in the future that you should prepare for. Thank you for the excellent service, it is appreciated.

This is my 7th time to ask North Texas Air to take care of my AC. The reason is simple - it is the BEST! No need to tell the details, as they’ve offered me lots of helps. Will use them for a lifetime as long as I keep my home.
Technicians Jackson and Francisco were courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, and honest. The office staff are friendly and helpful. Based on my experience, I highly recommend this business.

I was very pleased with how quickly North Texas Air responded. Jessica was kind and professional. I was pleased that the technician called promptly to inform me of the problem with the A/C.
Our AC began blowing hot air overnight. We were given Russell’s name by a friend as the only person to call. I texted him and he responded immediately. He told us he would have the office call and they could not have been nicer. An appointment was set and he was here well within time. He checked everything out and gave us the diagnosis and cost for repairs. The customer service they provide and the way my family was treated was incredible. I can’t say enough good things and we are grateful they got us taken care of within a few hours.
I've used North Texas Air on two different occasions and they are superior. Jessica is awesome to deal with on the phone. Very pleasant and gets you scheduled quickly. Services were quick, affordable and 100% professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
Great experience. From scheduling to on-time service was great. Service tech Luis was courteous and took time to explain what he was doing and why. Tolerated my looking over his shoulders- a bad habit of mine. Jessica followed up next day to be certain we were pleased. I’ve got there number if ever needed.

Luis did a great job diagnosing the problem and showed me and explained to me the issue our AC unit was having. AC was working great within the hour he was there.
They were able to service me the same day I called. AC was barely coming on and it was starting to hit the 90s during the day. The technician was friendly and seemed to do a good job cleaning out my AC lines. The buildup was clogging the waste water and caused a sensor to go off. I think the price ended up being reasonable too for how long he spent on it. I'll use them again when my next problem arises
Every went smooth and easy as always. 6 years ago they installed the system, and I haven’t had any issues, and the service is great.

I've been a client of N.Texas Air for few years and I am VERY satisfied. It's not the pricing (best that I ever been quoted ..) buy mostly the service. They are always responsive and Russell will do whatever he can to satisfy his clients !
