I don’t even give this business one star. I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy. They installed a heating system 2 years ago and it hasn’t worked properly. The furnace shuts off. They indicated that the heat vent was unable to keep it cool. I had an additional vent installed by them and it is now worst. They have come out numerous times with no success. I also have their inspection plan and every time they come out they find something else that needs repair. The inspection plan is a scam to get more business. I have requested the owner Dave Garcia to call me four times and he has yet to call me. I called them today (Saturday) to have them come out for service and they would not come out until Monday. I have to wait in the cold till Monday.

They helped me out in the middle of 2022 summer. My 18 year old system was on it’s last leg. They managed to keep it going until we could get a replacement unit. They always keep you in the loop as to when they are going to arrive and sending quotes to keep you informed. I recommend them for your AC needs!

Great service, great equipment at a reasonable price. They were on time, very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. They showed me how to maintain the equipment, change the filter, and check for clog up line. They techs were very knowledgeable and super friendly. North Star Heating and Air will have me as their lifetime customer for the quality of service they provided at a reasonable price. No other HVAC provider came close to their price and their service.
This company is awesome!! I never believed they would be able to remove all the old equipment and replace the new in timeframe they provided but they did! I will definitely be referring to friends and family.

This is the best service I’ve ever experienced! We will only use NorthStar Heating Air Conditioning! They are prompt and upfront. Everything was explained clearly and they were able to troubleshoot my issue quickly. I am grateful for their quick response time to get my AC running again.

Bad business practices!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Home warranty company called them. Their tech went up in my attic to “inspect” the whole system. While up there, he slashed ducts and dented the main metal portion of A/C. Our only issue was the outside compressor. My husband found our waist had been done. Home Warranty company wouldn’t even contact North Star. It’s companies like this and American Home Shield that make doing business a beating.

I called at 3:00 pm and Hisham said he could have someone to my house by 5 and my problem was fixed by 5:10! Honest and his prices were outstanding! Recommend them for sure!!! Thanks again!
