I was initially connected to North Pacific Mechanical when I had an active home warranty on my home. Setting aside all feelings on that company and the issues that we had to navigate to get to a resolution, I can say that North Pacific Mechanical has been great to work with. We had some issues with a new furnace when it was installed that caused a leak that collapsed our ceiling. NPM came out and had a contractor repair the damage, I couldn't tell that there had ever been an issue. This spring when we ran our AC for the first time we experienced a leak in the same spot in our ceiling. I emailed NPM and they were out the next day. Several of their team members spent hours troubleshooting the issue and getting to the root cause of what was happening. They offered to create a custom drip pan for us with a sensor that will trip the system if too much water accumulates (I had asked a previous vendor for this and was told it wasn't possible). They leveled the furnace and AC coil that were off balance, causing drainage issues. They stand behind their work, are committed to helping their customers, and overall great to work with. Working directly with this company and not via a home warranty company has created a lifelong customer in me; I will definitely reach out for maintenance needs in the future.

BUYER BEWARE!! This past December we were assigned North Pacific Mechanical (NPM) by our home warranty service (AHS) for a furnace replacement. AHS offered the cheapest, low-efficiency furnace available, so we took a measly buyout and went with NPM's Bryant line, paying a big chunk out-of-pocket. At the time of installation, I asked about our central air conditioning, and was told it was fine. Fast forward five months later... we went to turn on the A/C, and it wasn't working. Called NPM, who sent someone out who told us the A/C unit was kaput and would need to be replaced. Their estimate was over $12k. Little did we know, the Bryant system is proprietary, so we can't add another brand's unit to our existing system. When I tried to submit another repair request with AHS, they said NPM wasn't taking on new orders, and we'd have to use whoever might be available (and more than likely not a Bryant/Carrier dealer). So, we're stuck, and NPM's response was basically, "sorry." No attempt to find resolution or work on a solution. Highly recommend NPM if you're looking for an overpriced HVAC system/repair with zero interest in keeping someone as a customer.

The management and staff off NPM did a great job overall in all aspects of my Ductless mini split install. Starting with clearing up bid concerns, scheduling technician appointment, tech arrival promptness and of course - an honorable mention to tech Brian for his ability to get this job done in a timely and professional manner. Well done Brian! All aspects of Covid management were adhered to and safety for the tech and the property was followed. Thanks much guys. I HIGHLY recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

These guys are fantastic - very professional, friendly and communicative. Isaac took the time to reach out and let me know when the tech was arriving later than expected so that I was aware. I truly appreciated the personal approach of their business and felt like we were a top priority.
