Yesterday, I had an excellent experience with this company regarding the ac installation in my room. Their technician was very equipped and keen on installing it to my satisfaction. Aside from that, he also fixed my dryer vent, which is clogged perfectly. He arrived on time and quickly figured out the best solution for the issue. Scheduled an appointment with this company who rescheduled with me 3 times to finally tell me on the day they were supposed to service my AC that they couldn't make it due to not having the right part. They never even came out how do they know they don't have the right part. To get the run around and still have nobody show up is a HUGE JOKE!
