My gas stove was not shutting off the gas when it was supposed to be off. Ralph came and diagnosed the problem and fixed the knobs so they would work while I am able to order the new knobs. He also gave me the tip to look online and I found all of the parts I needed for less than half of what the manufacturer was asking! Thank you Ralph!
Thank you so much Ralph for taking the time to come out to Boise on a Thursday evening. We were dealt with a hot house & after your simple maintenance are feeling the cool sigh of relief. You explained a lot to me about my furnace & a/c unit. I look forward to working with you more when the time comes.
North Country is the only appliance and AC repair we will ever use. Ralph is honest and can fix anything...he will actually fix your AC unit rather than try to sell you a new expensive one.
