Outstanding service. The installers were competent and on point. Mr ron is experienced and trustworthy. The woman who gave me a quote and scheduled my installation were pleasant and helpful. Excellent experience.
Ron has gone out of his way to help fix our broken A/C during a recent heat wave. He helped troubleshoot over the phone and made time to get it up and running asap. Thank Ron!

Hired Northbay to install a mini split system in my mancave. They were prompt, efficient, and did a great job! reasonable priced too! I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for future needs.

North Bay was awesome. Their staff was knowledgeable and very helpful even before our visit. Michelle had an idea on what the problem might have been and recommended a needed part. Ryan came over and replaced a broken part right away and our AC was back and running. No pressure sales for maintenance plans and straight forward service. Awesome service when called to make appt. with M. She was very helpful. She advise she can make appt. tomorrow from 3pm-6pm but advise if she could get someone sooner before the heatwave this weekend, she would call me. They did fit me that same day and service technician R came and fixed the ac unit. You are awesome and will keep you guys in my contact if anything happens again.
