I called North Star in the morning and after a few hours they sent a real nice young man to fix my air conditioner. He was really nice and professional and best of all he had the part to fix it today. Very pleased indeed.

I have had a couple other companies work on our mini split system. Elias with Norstar was so much more knowledgeable the difference was like night and day. He had the right tools and knowledge found the problem fixed the problem in 30 minutes. The other company couldn’t even find the problem. I want use anyone else. I highly recommend them.

Chase was very thorough and took his time explaining what he was doing and how to operate the HVAC system, along with the operation of the thermostate.

Breanne serviced our 30 yr old propane furnace. She replaced a capacitor, let me know the induction motor will need replacement and found some blowback in the burner system that isn’t a major issue yet. She was knowledgeable and very professional. She even taped the cover back on the furnace and told me which clips to order that I can replace myself.
Jordan and Brad were very professional and prompt in the install of my new heat pump. I would use Norstar again, if needed.

It was a pleasure to work with Chase. He was originally supposed to have another HVAC technician with him but due to another employees illness that help was assigned to another job. Chase never complained he just went to work cleaning our ducts and vents and providing the annual checkup and maintenance on our system. We paid what we were quoted. That’s always a nice surprise. Ha Ha. Chase made the whole experience great. Thank you.
