I contacted Nordic due to no air flow in two upstairs bedrooms. I have used two other Heating/Air companies to look into the problem but neither did more than say I think a duct is detached but couldn't perform the fix. I contacted Nordic, Mark the owner, and Dan came to my house, surveyed the two problem rooms with a scope. Mark and Dan went down to my basement and into the crawlspace where Mark observed a detached duct. Once the duct was reattached air flow was reestablished to my two bedrooms. I stress the other two company reps never located the source of the problem but were quick to make sure they were paid for their service call! Mark was easy to work with, he surveyed the issues and located the problem when two other companies did not. I highly recommend Nordic Heating and Air for anyone needing his services. I will not hesitate to contact Nordic Heating and Air in the future!
Mark (owner) and Don from Nordic Heating and Air came this morning to replace my old hot water heater and installed a beautiful new Rheem 50-gal unit. Mark made sure to explain to me about the new unit and they cleaned everything up when they left. They were very punctual, professional and courteous! I highly recommend calling Nordic Heating and Air for any HVAC work you may need!
Mark and his team did a great job. Very professional, arrived on time and finished a full AC/Furnace replacement in under a day and came back a few months later to fine tune the furnace. I couldn’t recommend them more.

I had an inefficient 36-year-old HVAC system replaced. I now have a system at a very fair price (military discount) that greatly exceeds my expectations. I added an Ecobee smart thermostat to control by Alexa or remotely. They even follow up to make sure all is ok. Absolutely recommend!

We have had nothing but great experiences with Mark. His company installed a completely new HVAC system in our home last year, and he is promptly responsive to any questions or issues that we have. During the most recent below zero cold, we had some trouble with our heating system, called Mark, and he was out within an hour to get everything back in proper working order. He is knowledgeable, professional, and courteous and honors warranties. Highly recommend!

Mark helped me out a few years ago and did a great job on an installation, so when my parents house needed a system clean up and service, I called him. He is very responsive and he and his team do great work. Very professional and trustworthy. I highly recommend Nordic.
Mark is the guy you want to work on your projects. He is professional and knowledgeable. He won't try to upcharge you for products or services. He will recommend what you need and what is appropriate for your home. We had a new condenser installed as well as a new coil and line set. Mark presented me with the appropriate options and information to help make my decision. His prices are fair and his work is excellent. I highly recommend Mark and his crew for any HVAC needs. I will be using him exclusively in the future.
I recently bought a new home and was having air circulation and temperature issues that have been very noticeable with this recent heat. Mark responded to my inquiry promptly and scheduled time to come out and check my set up. He took his time, answered all of my questions, explained why things were not working and did a fix that made a noticeable difference in the air temperature for my AC. He also gave me suggestions on a new thermostat. Overall I was very impressed with his knowledge, honesty, and professionalism. I highly recommend Nordic for any heating & air conditioning needs. They will be the first I call for any future needs.
Nordic is great! Mark came out on one of the coldest days of the year to fix my elderly in laws furnace. He was kind and professional to them and got them back up and running within minutes. I highly recommend Nordic.

Mark is the definition of a professional!. He is up front & honest, prompt, a wealth of knowledge, a REALLY nice guy and most of all fair. We had him out several times after things shut off or sounded dire (ie. expensive). He took lots of time to diagnose what ended up being relatively small fixes. After taking so much time to fix and educate us on the state of our systems and what we might need down the road we were blown away by how little he charged us. As a home owner this is the repair guy you wish that could do everything in your house!

Mark and Mike did a great job with my ancient condo heating and A/C unit. My fan motor went out and they replaced it at a very reasonable price. Very friendly and knowledgeable and got the job done quickly. I found my new heading and air guys for sure! Thank you so much!
Mark came out and got my furnace fixed fast at a very reasonable price in this cold spell. I appreciate his honesty and thoroughness with my heater repairs. I have been burned by heating companies in the past and it is refreshing to know there is someone out there who still cares about honesty and integrity with what they do. I will use Nordic for any future repairs and highly recommend them to anyone.
Service was exceptional. Mark was able to meet the same day and walked me through troubleshooting my furnace problems. He did not try to sell me anything I didnt need. The fix was quick and he was able to give me a lot of information about the furnace and advice on when to upgrade. Overall very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend.
Mark came to my house with less than 24 hour notice. He diagnosed and fixed something that the last HVAC company supposedly came to fix 3 weeks ago. (It wasn't checked properly!) The exact same issue from before. : / THANK YOU SO MUCH MARK!! Mark was very professional, explained in details and was able to give a quick estimate/warranty for a new heater and air next year. I know who'll install our complete new system next year...NORDIC HEADING AND AIR!!!
I cannot even express how much I appreciate Mark and his crew for their hard work. We had a tough situation with a furnace room door that was placed after the heater and A/C units were already in my house. They had to remove the casing in order to get the old units out and the new units in. They did an amazing job of not damaging any part of our home to get everything installed. No big sales pitch. No over-selling. No pushing. He was honest and I greatly appreciate all his help. We like him so much, we had him come back to do a water heater replacement as well. I would highly recommend him. Trust me...I did a lot of research and lived without A/C for over 2 weeks in August just to find the right person. You will absolutely not go wrong with him.
