Had a new ac/heat unit installed and I was totally impressed. Richard and his guys did an excellent job working in a 100+ degree attic. I highly recommend Richard for any of your a/c, heat needs. I finally found my go to HVAC company. Richard is definitely running a 5 star company!!
Richard was knowledgeable and helpful, he gave me some pointers that were useful for my HVAC system. He was on time, easy to work with, priced well, and I will be reaching out to him in the future for maintenance and/or any issues that may occur with my HVAC system. He is my new HVAC guy. HVAC are not easily found, I was lucky to send out and email and thank God Richard answered. I now have AC and was completed. I have already given his name to 2 others.
Very professional and was open to answering all my questions. He was able to diagnose the problem, show me what the issue was and then fix it within an hour. Great communication and was just overall a friendly and easy person to deal with.
Richard was excellent and I’d recommend him to anyone! We recently purchased a home on the South Shore and had some issues with our propane furnace. I got connected with him through the Thumbtack app. He was able to quickly fit us into his schedule to come take a look. He arrived on time, walked us through the issues he saw, and what our options are get them fixed. Highly recommend him! He is very professional and knowledgeable.
I hired Nordic Comfort through Thumbtack to do annual maintenance on our A/C system. They responded promptly and set up an appointment the same week. They were friendly to work with, very thorough in their work and provided thorough details about the status of our system.
I had a really good time working with Richard. He charged me 40% less for my annual HVAC tuneup than I paid last year. He was very responsive and even reached out to me to move our appointment to an earlier time when he realized the weather in April is warm enough to check my A/C. I would definitely work with him again.
Richard made time to squeeze my job in, and was great at explaining all he was doing and what else I should consider doing in the future to improve the performance of my HVAC system. It was an excellent experience and I expect to have him service my system annually.
Richard is awesome, extreme patience, and professional. He is punctual. We install the heat pump with Nordic and we are 100% satisfied with Nordic from starting off getting the quote till the complete installation. They even made sure that they registered our product with the manufacturer and provided all the paperwork needed to submit for the rebate (without asking for it). I will strongly recommend Nordic Comfort LLC based on my experience.

We can’t recommend Rich highly enough! He is extremely knowledgeable and responsive. His communication is excellent and he arrived on time which was refreshing. Unlike most franchise places, he does not nickel and dime the customer. It is so rare to find such a trustworthy professional that is so good at his job and does not try to stiff you. We are so glad we found him and he now has a permanent customer in us! We recommend him highly and you will not find a more knowledgeable, competent, reliable, and honest individual. 5 stars!!!!!!

I had experience with two other providers and I cannot even compare them to Richard/Nordic Comfort. Extremely professional and knowledgeable and very honest on honorarium and, differently than a number of providers (my experience majority), he does not try to add services or repairs not needed. Highly recommended!

BEWARE: Before my service I had AC and cool air but just wanted it to be colder. After the tech visit, my circuit breaker constantly trips, warmer air than before and I'm out eight hundred fifty with worst results. My house does not get cooler, it gets warmer than before. Take my advice don't go with these guys.
