Louis and Zack are astonishing! They knew their stuff, were a delight to work with, and did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Their pricing was fair, they had quick and easy smiles on their faces, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The job turned out to be far more extensive than planned, but they got after it and got it done with excellence. They installed a 3 unit mini-split for us, and the quality of their work was top notch. I'd give these guys 12 stars if it were allowed. If you get a chance to have them work for you, jump on the opportunity. You'll be thrilled you did.
Cleaned up our fireplace after using it for 21 years. What a job the tech did ! Definitely use them again, should the need arise.
NORCO recently installed a new furnace in my home. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Communication was great – they were quick to respond to any questions I had. They arrived when they said they would, were very professional and did great work. They followed all Covid19 guidelines (mask, distancing, etc.). They quoted a great price and didn’t try to nickel and dime me. My overall impression of NORCO is extremely positive. I won’t hesitate to use them again and will happily recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work.
I have used this company twice, once for a HVAC heater and another on a gas fireplace. Both times arrived as scheduled, diagnosed the issues and corrected the issues. One needed parts, they were ordered and installed . Prices were very good, very professional, excellent quality of work.
