My boyfriend and I recently had Nomad Mechanical install a new heating system on our house and couldn’t be happier, nothing but professionalism and excellent work! I highly recommend their company!
Zach and Drake are great. I put my story below, but wanted to make sure you knew to hire these guys, as they are fair, honest, and an overall pleasure to work with. My Heat pump died in May and I thought Since summer had not started yet I should be good to get a new one installed relatively soon. I was wrong. I had been using a service provider for the last 6 years to repair and service my system, they had done a great job and I liked working with them. However when I got a quote from them it was way beyond what I was expecting. Double any high end estimate online you can find and they would not work with me on price. So I went out and got some quotes. There were several that were still really high and a few that were reasonable (still high though). The few that were reasonable could not install a system until December. I thought I was just stuck using window units for the summer. Then randomly my mother in law who works for a local store in Snohomish spoke to Zach and told him about my problem. I called Zach and he was able to install my new unit the same week I talked to him. It was amazing. The new Bosch system he installed is quite, runs at high efficiency and the best part keeps my house cool. Zach's Prices are reasonable and he is just a nice guy. One other thing Zach helped me with was something no other AC company was willing to help me with and that was repairing a mini split in my Father in laws tiny home. Drake came out and was able to figure out the issue, fix it and recharge the system. It has now been running better than it ever has since it was installed. Soooooo grateful to them for helping me with this.

My wife and I had recently bought our house and the first time it was cold enough to turn on our heat the furnace did not turn on. We knew the furnace was bound to go out since it was 24 years old. We contacted some larger heating companies around our area and most could not get out to us for weeks. A friend recommended we reach out to Zach from Nomad Mechanical and they were able to get out to us quickly since we had no heat and it was in 50s inside our home. Zach and the crew were able to get out to us same day and quickly install a new furnace for us with amazing customer service. When it came time for us to install A/C, we had no doubt about who we would be contacting. We reached out to Nomad Mechanical to discuss the differences between A/C vs. a heat pump. With zero pressure to pick one or other, we decided to go with a heat pump and they were able to schedule us up and install on time with their amazing level of customer service. After unboxing the heat pump they noticed there was a factory defect. This defect did not stop the heat pump from working, but could become an issue in the future. Instead of just installing the heat pump and moving on, they brought up the defect to us and went ahead and ordered a new unit for us. This level of honestly is greatly appreciated and we knew at this point we chose the right company to work with. In todays market my wife and I were nervous about overpaying for a heat pump and furnace but Nomad Mechanical were very transparent over pricing early on. Before we reached out to Nomad, we could not get an answer from any of the larger HVAC companies about pricing and we were always redirected to talk to someone else(who also would not give us a quote). Zach, Drake, and Taylor were very helpful for us and beyond friendly to myself, my wife, and putting up with our loud dogs every time they'd come in the door. I can't recommend these guys enough. We will ABSOLUTELY be reaching out to Nomad for any future HVAC work.
I can't say enough about what outstanding service we got and so reasonable. So polite and knowledgeable.
The furnace vent cap fell off and needed to be inspected and replaced. As this was on the 2nd story of our roof, we didn't want to try a DIY for safety reasons. I called countless service providers, from handymen to HVAC companies to roofers but the service was deemed out of scope across the board. Finally found Nomad Mechanical from a roofing company referral. Zach was responsive, found time to come by and fix it as well as inspect the pipe. His pricing was fair and competitive, he was responsive and communicative. It's nice to find an honest, reliable service provider like this. Highly recommended!
I will never call anyone else. Zach is the most helpful , honest and fair guy you could ever ask for and I will never hesitate to refer him to anyone I can. I've called on him multiple times with emergency Hvac situations and he's never let me down. 5 stars no doubt👍
Christmas Eve 2016, big storm. Furnace died. New baby in the house. TERRIBLE SITUATION. We called everyone, everywhere. We found Nomad Mechanical on Yelp and read all of the amazing reviews. We called and Zach answered. By the end of the evening we had heat. Zach provided us with too-notch customer service and a work horse of a furnace. Words can not express how grateful we still are 4 years later to have Zach and his crew in our Rolodex. Now that house is a rental and Zach and his crew have always shown up to maintain our systems. Since then Nomad Mechanical LLC. has refitted our new property. Ground up. Furnace, hot water heater, electric pump/AC. I can’t imagine having anyone else come and do this work. The service is personal! The way he and his crew work around and with our family is absolutely heart touching. Thank-you so much guys!!!! We are so grateful for you!
