The mini-split they installed failed due to a power surge when PG&E was adjusting the ground wiring. Noga’s replaced the unit without cost to me, as soon as they received the new unit. I am so pleased with all they did and highly recommend them.

A+ service! My family and I had our AC go out and within 24hrs they were able to diagnose and treat the issue. I can’t say enough good things about Noga’s from the front office to the technicians. Best prices and best quality. Can’t beat it!
Worst place. I would never use them again. They replaced a part for me at 1,000.00 dollars. The screwed me on the service. They left me for 24 hours in the heat with no freon and wouldn't take my calls. Now 1 year and four months later the part needs replacing again. I don't even have the money to replace and with this heat and I have two chronic illnesses. The people that work there are not very friendly. I wouldn't even give them one star, but I couldn't post without picking one.

My heater went out and I called Nogas to try to schedule an appointment. The office staff was very polite and got me the next available appointment. When the Nogas team showed up at my house they were very polite and prompt and were able to get my unit diagnosed and repaired quickly.

We got several quotes to fix our air conditioner. Two of the three told us we had her a new unit. Noga's put freon in and now it's working great. They are professional and honest.
