Disappointed with their customer service. I called and was put on hold. After that I was told they would call me back. It seemed like they didn't want my business. Still waiting for a call back a week later.
Tom and his people have done great work for me. He creatively re-ran a dryer duct that kept the dryer from exhausting properly and was difficult to clean out. He also provided a whole house humidifier and replaced the motor on my furnace that was losing its bearings. He came back to tune up the humidifier. He also gave me a good advice on things that I could take care of myself. Prices were very reasonable. Ava at the office does a great job of scheduling and communication. Highly recommended.

The whole team is great! Needed to get an AC/furnace upgraded. They were crazy competitive on price (even were able to save us an additional $1K by switching furnace manufacturers). Plus, they came on time, cleaned up their messes, and were VERY responsive with calls, emails, and questions. And everyone was very kind. Highly recommend them. Great company and great people.
Brian serviced our gas fireplace for the first time in our 20 years of owning our home. He was extremely knowledgeable and competent with straightforward answers to every question. He gave suggestions for cleaning items we will use ourselves. Awesome guy and we'd use NoCo again!
Brian and Tom, are awesome and deliveredon everything promised. They replaced my furnace and Ac unit with better units at a way better price than what I was quoted from 2 other groups. Highly recommend!

Dude fixed the heater in my shop in about 5 minutes. He definitely installed new parts, and didn't even charge me...mind blown.
We have 4 different companies provide estimates at our house and this place near everyone’s price. You may think less cost = less quality service but we were blown away by the quality of work. Their team put in a new furnace, ac, and humidifier for us with explaining everything moving forward. Can’t say enough about this company.
Horrible customer service! I have never written a negative review before...ever. But, customer service was so poor, I feel I have a duty to share. Technician who came out to service my air conditioning unit was great...customer service to schedule technician was disgraceful! Lady who answers phone and schedules...a poor reflection on business. And, I was a returning service contract customer...not any more.
Tom went over and above the call of dute!!! And his prices are the best by far!! My friend Alex McEwan's furnace stopped which he realized late in the day, he called Tom & Tom did some phone troubleshooting for him. When that wasn't the issue, he let Alex come by quite late to pick up a fuse to try. Tom came by the next day and discovered not only a broken furnace, but a life threatening pipe ventalation situation in the attic. Can't recommend him and his company enough!!
NOCO Heating and Air was amazing! They had reasonable pricing and great customer service. I didnt feel Brian was trying sell me more then we needed. We were able to get scheduled quickly. Travis even took the time to go over the details and function of the units installed. Now we are enjoying our new furnace and ac before the summer heat. Thank you NOCO!
NOCO Heating & Air replaced my air heater as well as my water boiler upon failure. They gave me a very competitive price, worked with me to get the best option to make it happen quickly. The workers were very friendly and professional, but also explained things when asked. They did their job quickly and cleanly. After some of my questionable experiences with previous companies doing maintenance and such, I am not worried about putting my trust in NOCO Heating and Air for my future needs - as they can also contract plumbers, electricians, and so on - if they cannot do it themselves - I will certainly call on them for my maintenance and other needs; to at least get a quote. Just few days later, my mother in Denver, lost her heater as well - they came in significantly under anything else she was quoted, and again, did their job well and quickly. No complaints so far! I can't say enough about the service of Tom and his team at NoCo Heating and Air. We bought a condo earlier this year, and Tom's team had done some work on the heating & cooling systems prior to our purchase. We were experiencing some problems with the heating system, and they addressed the problem immediately, working around our schedule and following up to make sure everything was functioning properly. I really appreciated their excellent service, even during their busiest season of the year! I have been recommending them to my network in the area, and I look forward to working with them in the future.
I do not usually do reviews but this experience is definitely worth the time to pass on a recommendation. As a first time homeowner, with a brand new home, I have learned many lessons so far regarding upgrades, etc. My new house was supposed to be install ready for central AC but it was not. These employees showed up on time, were extremely professional, and friendly. When the set up was not as expected, they spent more time and delivered / installed extra parts for an overall custom install - with NO EXTRA COST to me. They even went to the hardware store to get the correct breaker that fit, to be sure it was safe for my home. Even with all the complications, the install was done very quickly. The equipment has done a great job at keeping my house cold. The whole process from beginning to end was very simple and highly technical as I received all my paperwork and confirmations via email, etc. almost immediately through my phone. Thank you guys for one of the few uncomplicated, relaxed experiences I have had with my new home! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I requested several quotes to replace my heating and cooling system, and NoCo was significantly less than the other quotes that I received. In addition, I was very impressed by NoCo's level of professionalism and knowledge. Would highly recommend contacting NoCo for your heating and cooling needs if you're looking for a knowledgeable, professional, and cost-affordable HVAC contractor in Norther Colorado!
Tom and his crew are super helpful and they have some of the best prices I've seen/heard of in Northern Colorado. They installed two high-efficiency furnaces and also two high-efficiency A/C units plus a tankless water heater. We had a great experience with them and I would recommend them.
We had NoCo replace our heating and air conditioner a couple weeks ago and are very happy we went with NoCo. They were reliable, professional, knowledgeable and, most importantly, affordable! We found NoCo online and called because of their 5-star customer ratings. We spoke with Tom (the owner) and Brian (the Sales Manager) who were both very knowledgeable and were fast to give us a quote (emailed it right away) and explained all the options and questions we had over the phone. We liked them right away, but the smart consumer in us did our due diligence and got two more bids anyway. We had one company come in with similar pricing that was referred to us by some close friends (the other was twice the cost). But in the end we chose to go with NoCo because they offered us a better product (they use Trane - which is American made), installed a higher quality unit at the same price as this other competitive bid and offered a longer (2 year vs. 1 year) service warranty. They were also able to work with our schedule to get the work done right away. Their 5-star rating remains accurate. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to someone else.
