All I can say is Manny is a crook. Had a new system put in approx one year ago. Having major issues and now the company is out of business. Have no way of getting in touch with anyone with Nobleman. Manny is such a coward, he even had is own cell disconnected. Left his customers high and dry without any forwarding information.
My air conditioner went out. I have only had the unit for a little over a year. I called for service and no one answers the phone. This is the text chain I received. This is the most unprofessional response I have ever received. Zero customer support. I will be forced to call another company while my current A/C should still be under warranty. Do not use this company if you are expecting the great customer support they promise you when they sell you this air conditioner. Buyer beware.
The weekend of Thanksgiving my thermostat went blank and when I returned home I had no way to access my unit. I called Nobleman left a message and Manny contacted me and came out on a Sunday to access the situation and returned later that evening to put a new thermostat in for me. Manny went above and beyond what he had to do to help me on a Sunday so I wouldn't be cold. I highly recommend this company every dealing I have ever had with them has been professional and fair and honest.
I highly recommend Noblemen to anyone needing maintenance repair or any type of HVAC service for that matter. Manny took care of everything in a timely manner and took the time to explain everything to me. Thanks Manny!!
We have twice used them (for separate issues) and they are fast with same day service, affordable, and they are able to explain well exactly what is needed and options. I have recommended them to others and we will continue to use them.
Manny came out to look at our AC system while we were under contract to buy our house. He was friendly and knowledgeable and helped us make an informed decision about purchasing our home. We used Noblemen a few month after we bought our house to install a range hood that vented out the roof, and we are very pleased with their work!
Mr. Manny and Mr. Alex came through for me and my tenant. The AC in my house unit broke. Mr. Manny came through by providing a reasonable priced service and was willing to work with me on a payment plan. They started the same day I reached out and stayed late at no additional charge to ensure my tenant and her children had AC. I am so grateful for their work!
Manny and his team are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They let me know when they were on the way and kept me posted throughout the job. Overall they did a great job, and they are trustworthy and reasonable.
Like most people I have been searching for a trust worthy and affordable ac company as long as I have owned my home . I am so glad I found Nobleman. The search for a good AC company is finally over. My air conditioning stopped working 3 days before we were going to get 100°temps. I called them at 9:30 at night. I received a call back within 10 minutes. I had an appointment set up for first thing the next day. J.C. was the technician that was sent out. He was knowledgeable and polite. He took the time to explain every problem he found and how to. My issue was a three part problem. He was able to track it down and find the most economical way to fix it. I love this company. If you need your ac or heating system fixed call them ,you will be glad you did.
My ac was working great all day. About 5 pm it started getting warm then it got hot. I didnt know what to do. I googled ac repair for my zip code and was given the number for Nobleman Ac. Within a very few minutes I received a call from Summer. She was a very sweet and helpful young lady. She got me scheduled that same night. Within an hour Juan was at my house checking my ac unit. Within 30 minutes he had it working and cooling off my house. A very respectful and nice young man. He figured out what was wrong and had it up and running in no time. Very reasonably priced. I would recommend juan and this company to anyone. You cant find one better. Thank you Juan and Summer. You saved me and my granddaughter from a very hot night.
We bought our house 3 months ago. Thought we were good because it came with a year warranty. Well we were not. The warranty company sent someone out that tried to nickel and dime me to death. I call this company and Summer was so compassionate about the fact our ac had been out for a week in Texas summer. Manny the owner came out within a few hours. He didn't try to up sale me. Told me exactly what I needed on a Friday and said they could come back with my new ac unit on Sunday. I waited because I wanted to see what the warranty company was going to do. By Monday found out they were doing nothing called Manny and he had someone here by Wednesday. I got 5 quotes from 5 companies. His was by far the best and he explained everything. Like I said didn't try to up sale me. This is a great family owned company. I will recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you Manny and Summer for being so great!

Manny and another gentleman replaced our ac/heating unit in less than six hours and were kind and informative. Really pleased with the service from the first call to paying the bill.

Loved our install 20 Seer fully communicating system that was installed last year when Manny came out he identified our duct was undersized so he redesigned out ducts to make our house energy efficientt I like there follow ups they always call on time for our maintenace agreement. Noblemen heating & air is the way to go for excellent service!
