I had my AC (heat pump) installed today. It was a full day job. The service men were very nice and professional. The installation was in response to a home warranty service request. It was a long process and I called a few times for updates. Everyone I dealt with was kind, friendly, and professional. The delays were because of home warranty and having a big ticket item.
Nick and Arianne, amazing knowledge and Very informative ! And I would give them 100 stars ⭐️ the customer service was amazing and on point with where the process was I always knew ahead off time step by step . I highly recommend them, I am very thankful they came out. I have 2 French bulldogs and we’re sitting in front of the fans and thanks to Noble they were right there fast service and very nice to work with

Noble HVAC came out on very short notice during a heat wave and went above and beyond, not only repairing what we called them out for but giving us some great tips on how to get the most out of a system that's new to us this year. Highly recommend!

Nick was extremely thorough and professional! We had a different company come to diagnose some issues with our heat pump and didn't get any answers. We asked for a 2nd opinion, and Nick was able to get it figured out after running through several different possible causes. So thankful he took the time to do things thoroughly, and explained his process well. I don't usually leave reviews, but he went above and beyond and deserved a 5 STAR RATING!!

I wish I could give many more than 5 stars to Noble HVAC. My 25 year old furnace decided to go out the week before Christmas with record breaking freezing temperatures. I could almost see my breath inside my home. I am 70 years old and I am about to go through my first Christmas without my husband. When the guys heard about my situation they jumped into action and found a unit available. They came over on Christmas Eve and installed it while all the other businesses in town were already celebrating the Holiday. Thank you is not enough to express my gratitude. They are my Christmas Angels.
Helped me troubleshoot over the phone, came out on time to help resolve the issue. They know what they are doing and did a great job resolving the issue with the thermostat setup.

Novle HVAC Services are always so kind on the phone and in person. Employees are helpful and answer any questions I may have. They did a great job installing a new AC unit when mine broke.

Our heat pump went out and we called Noble. Nicholas came out the next day and found the problem and repaired it very quickly. He is friendly and knows his buisness and had us up and running in no time.
Terrible communication and lousy customer service. Do better Edit: You responded quickly to our service request on Friday the 26th and my mom had a pleasant experience with Nick who diagnosed the issue with our AC. He told my mom that all the loaners were out and one should be freed up on Saturday the 27th and he would be over to install it that night. He never showed and we never received a phone call Saturday or Sunday. My mom called on Monday and was told all the loaners were still out. She was told by your associate that houses were supposed to only get one each, but for some reason you've been giving them two. And she was told "we can't just go and take one". I called on 8/31 for an update and was told i would get a call back after your associate checked on the status of the loaners. And we didn't get a call back. Had we have known that the loaners would have been out for at least a week and a half after the initial service, we would have requested another contractor. We have pets at home that wouldn't survive the heat wave we were experiencing and would have appreciated more clear and urgent communication.
Great company, worked with me on dealing with my warranty company nightmare and was super helpful and professional. Treated my house with respect and left no mess at all.
My moms ac went out the repair man came out and promised her he would bring her a loaner ac the next day since she had animals and is a cancer patient. That was Friday, Saturday came, Sunday came finally Monday she called... Then they proceeded to tell her oh sorry we can't do that we don't have any. She's like he promised he would bring one they were very rude. He kept saying he would call her with updates never did. My son's guinea pig ended up dying from the 90 degrees plus it got in the house all her other animals are on the brink of dying. She called again today and after the lady was very unprofessional and rude she went to cancel her contract and they had already done so leaving her in a unbearable hot house. Would never ever ever recommend this place. Unprofessional, rude, no customer service and they don't care about their customers !! If I could give negative stars I would
Nick and Arianne are amazing! Within 30 minutes of calling them, they were able to come out to Burbank and fix my AC on the hottest day of the summer. Highly recommend this company to everyone in the Tri-Cities area! Thank you so much!
