$500 per hour for labor!!!!!! Please know that I do not post reviews, but I feel when you are taken advantage of it is important that you let others know. Our AC is less than 5 years old and wasn't cooling. No Problem came out told us we had a leak and that our lines were bad and that they needed replaced, cost = $1100. This was AFTER they put freon in the system and charged us close to $350. WE GOT A SECOND OPINION and found that is was not the lines, but only a welded joint that was soldered wrong by No Problem and our air compressor was broken. We called No Problem told them what we found about the lines and that our air compressor was under warranty - meaning no cost to replace. REMEMBER - THEY WANTED TO CHARGE US $1100 FOR SOMETHING THAT DIDN'T NEED REPLACING. After a couple of weeks, No Problem came back and fixed what they did wrong with the outside joint and replaced the air compressor that was under warranty. They STILL WANTED TO CHARGE US $1000. This was for their labor (they were here 2 hours) and for supplies. So, please note, No Problem Heating and Air charges $500 PER HOUR for labor and materials that were covered under warranty.

I just wanted you to know how impressed and satisfied I've been with your company. I, initially, began acquiring HVAC services from Crystal Aire for approximately the past 3 years. Last year when I called Teresa to set up an annual maintenance check for my unit, she informed me that you had bought her out but, because I continued to receive the same great service with Crystal Aire - now under the name No Problem Heating and Air - I didn't hesitate to call last month when my capacitor went out. True to my past experiences, I was not disappointed by services provided by Shane. Before leaving, Shane was gracious enough to provide an overview of the condition of my unit. He reaffirmed what the past technicians had been telling me: My compressor was nearing full capacity and would not last much longer. His reminder prompted me not to push my luck any further and to go ahead and replace the unit. That was scheduled for this past Friday, 7/10/20. Please know that Shane and Chad did an exemplary job. They were not only professional but, in my opinion, went above and beyond to guarantee my satisfaction. They were so overwhelmingly cordial, kind, and polite, they made me feel as though old friends were helping me out with the installation of my new unit. Thank you, No Problem Heating and Air, for hiring technicians with the phenomenal attributes and character demonstrated by Shane and Chad. I greatly appreciate it 😀

This was my first experience with No Problem Heat and Air. As an owner of multiple properties in the Fort Worth / Dallas area my only regret is not having found NPH&Air sooner. The 14 year old AC condenser and air handler in my primary residence was on it's way out last summer, and I knew it. I had called a few companies, "As Seen On TV" guys and some guys that my friends halfheartedly recommend. The TV guys were all very excited I was looking for a complete A/C replacement system. Yet their main focus seemed to revolve around "interest-free financing" and not so much about my equipment and energy consumption concerns (I was fully prepared to pay in upon completion). This was disheartening. The other guys that came out were most interested in how much money I was willing to fork over for the equipment, they were apparently unable to afford before work could begin. At this point I was just out on dealing with it for the season. The other day the spirit of the old AC system released itself back into the cosmos, we had a good run but the party was over. This is when I found NPH&Air whilst scrolling through a social media site. Artificial Intelligence has been bombarding me with Heat and Air ad's since last year. AI finally produced a winner!!! I called NPH&Air at night after business hours and left a short message detailing my dilemma. I got a call back from Arron early the next morning. Technicians arrived on time later that afternoon. They were both wearing face masks and booties which made my wife very happy. They assessed my situation and concluded my junk was indeed junk. In the evening I was provided a nice professional estimate on the costs of parts and installation. A very competitive price was quoted, and I have seen a few. I've had quotes from $6750.00 to 12k for a smallish 3 bed 2 bath house. We struck a deal, and I was on the schedule for installation within 36 hours. I doubt seriously I will need another AC company in my lifetime. Lead tech Chad was on ti

We had NPHA come out and clean our air conditioning ducts. It’s been several years (way too many to even remember) and the dust in our house is horrible. Chris was very polite and professional and worked consistently while he was here. He took all the vents outside and cleaned and dried them. “Doesn’t make sense to clean the ducts and have dirty vents” he said. And I think he is right although I hadn’t thought about it. He vacuumed up in every room and we couldn’t even tell he had been here. Very satisfied customer.

My husband and I live in a Pulte home that was built in 1985. We moved in September of 2001. A nice home but we had become increasingly dissatisfied with the layout of the front area. While our time was predominately spent in the kitchen and living room, the attached dining room and sunroom areas went to waste. We felt cramped and it was hard to entertain (a big part of our lives). We knew we wanted an open concept, but we weren't sure how to proceed. Enter Aaron Strauser, the owner of No Problem Services Restoration and Remodeling. He came highly recommended by a good friend that had just had major remodeling completed by Aaron, and the results were just beautiful. Aaron came to our home and with some ideas from us, ran with it and came up with even more ideas, then a plan to make our dream come true. It was amazingly simple and very exciting! Aaron himself is extremely knowledgeable regarding his craft, he also works with teams he has built longstanding relationships with - and they are outstanding. We had Aaron's framer come out and determine exactly what walls could safely be removed, then had electricians, plumbers, cabinet makers, and painters that all knew their stuff. We had new window installation, appliance installation, then a re-creation of an existing fireplace that is one of my most favorite parts of our home now. We had at first questioned if we actually needed a contractor. Couldn't we just interview the workers and have them submit bids, thereby cutting out the middleman? Let me assure you it doesn't work like that (our neighbor with the same floor plan remodeled and got half of what we did, it took twice as long and was twice the price, plus he literally was on the verge of a heart attack). Aaron is great with helping you allocate your money to what is most important to you, then helping devise a plan to round out everything else. Aaron organized everything with his crews and they all showed up and the process went beautifully. Aar

When our house flooded, we initially went with the company our insurance suggested. It was a nightmare. Thankfully a friend suggested we contact Aaron & Marla Strauser at No Problem!!! Services Restoration and Remodeling. Aaron was incredible. He and his team did an incredible job of repairing the damage to our house in a timely and professional manner. They arrived on time and were true to their word. Our house looks better now than before it flooded. I hope no one has a flood or fire causing damage to your home or business, but if you do I highly recommend No Problem!!! Services Restoration and Remodeling. They were honest, on time, and hard working. There’s not much better you can say about anyone.

My husband and I used No Problem Services to completely gut and remodel a home that we purchased in Dallas, Texas. We were extremely impressed with Aaron, as he was uncompromising when it came to the quality of services provided to us by each contractor. He also made it his top priority to provide options that would serve our budget well. In fact, there were many times that he suggested we compromise with certain ideas in an effort to shift more of our budget to areas that were important to us. You will not find a more reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy company out there-- it's family owned and operated, and they lead with huge heart.

We were recommended to Aaron and No Problem after being taken for a ride by our first contractor following damage from a tornado. Aaron and No Problem restored our home to better than new conditions and coached us through the recovery process in a very caring and constructive maner. I couldn't be happier and recommend them with 100% confidence!

We purchased a home in North Richland Hills and were looking at a fairly extensive remodeling process. Upon a recommendation from our realtor, I contacted No Problem Services and the owner: Aaron Strauser, arrived as scheduled. We were under a significant time-line (2 weeks) to get the job completed and Aaron assured us that he could get the job done within the allotted time frame. While a bit skeptical, we hired No Problem Services and within 24 hours, Aaron and a crew were back at the house, beginning the work. As promised, Aaron completed the job, including the removal of several walls, the addition of walls, removal of the old flooring, addition of new flooring, including wood, tile, and carpet, the building and installation of new cabinets, various repairs, new back splash in the kitchen, and the installation of new quartz counter tops to compliment the new cabinets. This was not an easy task, given the circumstances and the short time-frame, but Aaron was able to pull it off, utilizing several crews simultaneously. I must add that our budget wasn't unlimited and Aaron worked with us to save every penny that he could. I'm sure that much to his chagrin, we changed concepts several times during the process, but he was still able to work within our budget and finish the project(s) on time. Aaron provided ideas and experience in completing our remodel and it turned out to be everything that we had hoped for and more. Aaron and Marla did a great job and we couldn't have been happier.

No Problem Services Restoration helped us get our home ready to put on the market. They finished an unfinished bath remodel, paint in several rooms and baseboard repairs. Aaron came out quickly to give us an estimate and once agreed on he got his wonderful crew out to work on our house fast! Not only were Aaron and his crew extremely professional but they were friendly, caring and did an amazing job! We actually sold our home in 4 days and I know part of the reason is because of the work No Problem Services Restoration did!!!! If we ever need work in our new home, I know who will be calling!!!!

After our home was struck by lightning, caught fire, and was a total loss, Aaron was a voice of calm after the storm. His expertise and knowledge guided us during a very emotional and trying time. Within very short order we were on the road to recovery and rebuilding. He guided us through the ins and outs of insurance claims while getting the home rebuilding underway. His expert tradesmen know their stuff and provide excellent products and services. We moved home just a little over six months from the date of loss and couldn't be more pleased with the results of No Problem's hard work and dedication to making our mess a home again. Whether you're in need of minor or major repairs, call No Problem Services. You won't be disappointed!! Steve & Tami Slater

I am a local Insurance Professional. I have had many clients use No Problem in the past including family members, who can be the pickiest and hardest to work with, and all have come back saying they had the greatest service and care they have experienced. Even the clients that were not able to use their services the owners of No Problem directed them in the right direction at no cost to them. Very few companies today will go out of their way to help out unless they can make a profit from it. The owner even showed up to help a client on New Years eve. The home was a total loss and he made sure that he helped out as much as he could that evening and in the months to come. In such a trumatic time he was there to help at his own expense. I highly recommend No Problem as I have seen the service they provide to homeowners that have lost everything and get to come home to a better home then they had prior. Ruben Mercado
