Said he would do a job and gave me pricing, reached back out regarding it while also offering more possible work. Responded by simply saying no, and that he changed his mind within less than a week. Was rude when I asked for more explanation. Would not recommend. *In response to your comment: A) would that have been difficult for you to just say? You wouldn’t give an actual answer. B) I asked if that was something you be interested in, while also asking for a full quote for you to do the entire job as well. Communication is key.

Called me minutes from me putting in my request on Home Advisors. Good vibes FYI it was 9pm recently installed a new heat pump, furnace and A/C. Did it in a timely manner and explained everything to me. Great company and Robert is a great guy. I would recommend No Nonsense to anyone needing heating and cooling.
Robert is absolutely fantastic. AC went out, and while other companies gave me a week, Robert was here same day. Walked me through step by step what he was looking for, showed me everything as he did it, and gave me honest answers and reasonable prices. The name says it all for this company, and I'd recommend them to anyone!
After another company charged high service fees and still did not fix my problem, I called No-Nonsense Heating & Cooling. We had a problem with one of the steam radiators in our house. (We have a very old house and old boiler/steam radiator system.) There was no heat in the radiator. Robert came as promised, on time. He was professional, efficient, and courteous. And he is honest! He does not try to sell you things you do not need. He spent some time diagnosing the problem and explained how I could improve things easily, with shims. He charged me only a bit more than the standard service call. Robert has many years of experience in heating and cooling systems of all types. He is a great resource to rely on. I highly recommend him for any Heating & Cooling problems, repairs, or maintenance. Doris W.
Just an excellent job all around. My hot water tank was leaking badly. The new one was installed the next morning. So efficient and excellent price. Great job done

Second time I used Robert. I called at 7am in the in morning and he answered. He was at my house by noon. Got right to work and by 2:30 a new hot water heater. Awesome Great Service Thank You Robert
We had a very bad experience with Robert. Please do not trust this guy - either don’t use his service or at least get a second opinion. I was out of town and called Robert to check out an issue my tenant was having with the furnace. He came out and said both the furnace and blower motors need to be replaced. I though his quote was very high and told him i would need to get a second opinion. I paid him what he asked for the service charge and then he left. I called another repairman and when he got there I was told by both the tenant and other repairman that Robert left the cover off and and all sorts of wires loose. Additionally the second repairman told me the blower motor appeared to have been hit and intentionally damaged. The tenant then informed me that Robert was very angry when he left because I did not agree to his quote, and most astonishingly, the issue with the furnace was not at all what Robert said it was. The new guy fixed the issue for a fraction of the amount Robert asked for. Based on this experience I can only conclude that Robert is not honest . PLEASE do not find out the hard way.
Great service! Rob came out and fixed my AC unit on a holiday weekend. He was fast, efficient, and knew exactly what the problem was. The price was more than fair. I would highly recommend this company!

We had Bob out from No-Nonesense Heating & Cooling, and I have to say that he makes it easy, being so friendly, courteous and reliable. He was punctual, hard working and fairly priced, with a vast array of knowledge in his field. We needed two water heaters and a new A/C unit, and he had the work none in short order, pointing out situations along the way that required our attention. Thank you Bob for the great customer service experience -- we will see you next time!

No Nonsense H&C was able to quickly and affordably replace the original 1940s furnace in my home. The project presented a unique challenge to the contractors I got quotes from. Adapting a 2019 furnace to the alignment, size, and spacing of a 1941 Lowboy elicited a number of creative solutions with Robert from No Nonsense offering the most simple and elegant of all. The work was completed in less than a business day even after he had just come from fixing his own plumbing problems that morning. He easily identified potentially dangerous issues in my home just by walking past them to get to the furnace room including an incorrectly installed water heater vent from the plumbers. He is knowledgeable about his trade and the products he offers. You can call Robert with confidence knowing that he will treat you and your project with the respect and diligence it deserves.

Amazing service! We had a non working air conditioning unit and they came out the same day. We were give a couple options for the fix based on price. He also gave us tips to keep it running smoothly. We have another project coming up and we will definitely be going with No Nonsense. I highly recommend them!
Robert was flexible with my timing; prompt; knowledgeable and willing to explain things to me; thorough in his work; personable and friendly; did not try to upsell, but pointed out some things that were not done correctly; and willing to stay and complete the additional work I asked him to do. Got it all done in a day. Could have cleaned up after himself a little better, but overall, I'm a happy customer who will definitely use him again...but hopefully not too soon! I wanted someone who had thorough knowledge of boilers and I got it with Robert and his No Nonsense company.
Woke up to a cold house, was connected to Robert from No Non-sense heating and cooling thru home advisor. He was at my house within an hour, diagnosed the problem and gave me options. He didn't try to pressure me into an expensive option. He replaced my furnace that same day. Quick, reliable, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! Highly recommend if your looking for good prices and good service.
