We have had company after company out to fix our unit and no one had figured it out until Ken came out from Monkey business! He is truly a saint and cares about his customers and their needs! Thank y’all for doing what no one else could!
This is a tale of two HVAC contractors: the Mint Magazine advertiser came in and looked busy and found one problem that was legitimate and turned it into five problems that were not for $4000. Ken from No Monkey Business Heating and Air came 2 days later, did an over-the-top thorough job and the problem will be fixed for under $800. Better yet, I could verify each issue. I love an honest businessman, and even if I had No Monkey Business come in first I would have double checked the bid, but thank goodness there are honest people that allow you to look over their shoulder and give you great value for their professionalism and expertise. Btw Ken's a Veteran. Well done!
Had a very positive experience! Ken was on time, diagnosed the situation right away, and explained the issue to me in a very clear and easy to understand manner. He fixed the problem right away (thermostat wiring done incorrectly), and only charged me for the diagnosis. Very honest and professional. Would use him again.
I can honestly say that this company has exceeded expectations. They were fast, reliable, affordable, and stayed in communication the whole way. Highly recommend this company. Ken completed our repair quickly and made sure we were taken care of. 10/10 would recommend.

Simply put, they were fantastic! Ken came promptly, was professional, and repaired my A/C when TWO other companies came and said they couldn't repair it. I wish I had called No Monkey first and saved myself a week of headaches and summer heat with no A/C. Going forward No Monkey Business is my go-to, and I recommend everyone else does the same.

First of all, Ken is an honest, caring person who does business as such. I will be using his services only now. Honesty, integrity and dependability is how he does things, and that's what I need. Sadly, so many folks take unfair advantage of women and seniors. If want true fairness with expert skills...call "No Monkey Business"!

I own a home and a rental I called Ken for an appointment to come look at what I thought I needed done( ductwork repair, installation, screen mesh put in attic vents on rental, and some roof tile redone around vent that was leaking, Kencame over at appointmented time told me what was needed how much it would cost , then we made appointment to fix at a later date. Ken called me on day of job to let me know he was on his way, when he got here , him and his employee went right to work , they did an excellent job on all my repairs , got everything done in a timely fashion, we’re polite , and professional. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family, the price was very reasonable ( I had other quotes on the job) Ken was recommended to me by a co- worker , it was a great recommendation, thanks Ken for the great job you did!
I have had several A/C companies prior to using No Monkey Business and have been unhappy each time. Ken is truly a professional and knows his business! He diagnosed the issue and we had our new unit in a matter of a couple days. He takes his time to explain the diagnosis and was very helpful in resetting all the thermostats. Highly recommend this business!
Chris and Ken came out to my house for annual A/C heating tune up, fast friendly service , very polite, check my unit out, explained everything to me, answered all my questions, very professional, I will recommend them to everyone I know, thank you guys I really appreciate you Patti Valentine.
Listen, if you're reading this just give No Monkey Business a call. They were extremely professional, punctual, but probably most importantly KNOWLEDGEABLE! Ken was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Identified my problem and corrected without hassle. Went the extra mile to talk to me and educate me on the problems and how the system works. I had No Monkey Business come out to check out my A/C system after another company was here last week and basically threw their hands up and said "You're not covered, if you want to fix this problem it'll be $300!" and promptly left. When Ken came out he agreed that what the other company said was somewhat true, it did present a minor problem but the real fix was super simple. There's a ton of AC/heating guys out here and most of them get away with doing poor work because the need is so high in Florida. Just skip those losers and call No Monkey Business Heating and Air, they'll get you taken care of.
I can't say enough good things about this local business. Ken has provided excellent service from day one and I plan to continue using No Monkey Business for seasonal service as well as repair work for a long time to come. The techs are very professional and ensures each job is done correctly while communicating with the customer in verbage that is easy to understand.

This company May be great if they’re not working w a shady warranty company like 2-10. I paid $70 for you to tell me you couldn’t do anything to help my AC. Today, I called bc I have a baby and had house guests and the secretary was very RUDE bc I gave a bad review via a text survey and called it “slander.” Learn the legal term bc I went outside my HORRIBLE scam of a warranty and paid $321 to get it fixed by AC designs who diagnosed and fixed the problem immediately. I paid this Monkey company $70 for nothing and I will be filing a complaint. The secretary needs to learn how to deal w customer service and not escalate situations. My original frustration was towards 2-10 warranty but after their customer service, I can see they are just as bad. At least my AC is FINALLY fixed no thanks to you.
