My family and I have used Jake for any and all hvac needs for a few years now. Literally can’t say enough good things about him. Recently recommended my neighbors to him and he’s taken great care of them. He helped get their repairs covered under warranty after another company went out of their way to make sure “warranty wouldn’t cover it” or “couldn’t find their warranty” *insert eye roll*. Provides great service, comes when he says he’s going to be there, friendly and personable, reasonably priced, and works for you as a valued customer. My husband and I will only use Jake and No. 22 Mechanical.
I highly recommend this company. They are knowledgeable and transparent about everything needed so you know your options and to get you taken care of as fast and efficiently as possible. Could not be more happy with the service I received.
My experience with this company was fantastic! I called late in the day and they still showed up the same day. Diagnosed the problem and gave me all the options and prices to getting it repaired. We decided which option we were going with, scheduled a date & time, and they showed up on time and got it going. The a/c is running better than it ever has since we've lived here. He was very knowledgeable and gave us many helpful tips to keep the system running smoothly.
