I am so grateful that I found Neil and that he proved to be a rare and special person that has an amazing work ethic, takes pride in his work, has the qualifications to do the job correctly, and has a heart to truly want to help people. I can’t tell you how much that meant to me at a time I was very stressed out. He has restored my faith. I only wish I had met him sooner! He replaced the entire Navien heating System and reworked the radiant floor wiring system. I feel confident and look forward to Neil servicing my beautiful new system for years to come. NJM was the recommended plumber to install our new undermount sink and faucet. We had new counter and backsplash done and the sink was a different size. Neil (the N in NJM) was the best! He came at the end of his day, added us in and did a great job. He had all the parts needed in his truck. He was neat, professional and a master at his trade The existing pipework was quite a mess. Neil was able to repair and replace and left it working perfect. I would highly recommend NJM.
Neil to the rescue… After inheriting a house we were finally ready to sell. We listed the property and had an offer that we we accepted. However, there were several construction issues that needed to be addressed IMMEDIATELY or we risked losing the opportunity. We contacted Neil @NJM and he was able to complete the work in less than a week by working late nights and weekends. He was always in contact and there were no surprises. I was in a pinch with my Navien heating system not generating heat and it was getting really cold outside. I told Neil, I had small kids in the house and needed the system fixed, he was able to diagnose the issue in less than an hour, and was able to obtain the part the same day and fix the heat. He is truly a MASTER plumber and I highly recommend his company. Thank you again, Neil!
NJM had remodeled our bathroom down to the studs, they removed all of the old galvanized waste & vent lines. Installed all new piping. they were a great company to work with, always on time. Worked to perfection, very pleased & will be recommending for sure.
NJM is an excellent company with good customer service. Neil was very detail oriented about the service being provided. He was very quick to respond to my problems I had with my A/C. He explained to me in details what my choices were and what paths I could take to find a permanent solution. He was very prompt in answering my calls and came to my house on time. He is very professional and does excellent work. He is very courteous and respectful and cares for his clients needs. I would highly recommend NJM because they provide many good quality home services for a very fair price.
NJM installed a new hot water heater for me. Neil had to run all new pipes due to my last water heater being old. Looks great! I definitely would recommend this company Knowledgeable neat clean and affordable
Neils professionalism, expertise and quality of work is unmatchable. He was very supportive and accommodating and always reachable. He was always so quick to respond to any questions. Neil was always honest, straight up and helpful throughout the entire process. He does such AMAZING work and I trusted him every step of the way. I would recommend him to anyone.
Neil did work at my home and at my wife's business. In both cases, he had to replace a furnace. He did an excellent job in both cases. He was highly recommended to me and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Way to go Neil!

I had major problems at my house. I called NJM along other companies and they were the only ones that answered the phone. They came within good timing and gave me a reasonable price. They did all the wastelines in my basement. Also I had wood damage upstairs they fixed and reframed all the walls and painted. It looked better than ever before
Neil was here on short notice during an emergency. He was knowledgeable, professional and very reasonably priced. Had the equipment and parts required for the repair.
I'm extremely satisfied with the service I received from NJM. Neil is always quick to respond & does immaculate work. I've used them a few times now. First to install a new outdoor Air Conditioning unit and a new Evaporator Coil. And most recently, to replace a burnt out blower fan on my furnace. My system is an older unit, and he didn't quit until the job was done & done perfect! I would recommend them to anyone! Great company, great service!
I have used NJM for large and small repairs, upgrades, and new installs. They have come weekends/holidays for emergency service, but they also do great regular maintenance of all of my systems. Neil is knowledgeable, honest and efficient. He is really capable at diagnosing and giving you all of the options. This is exactly the company that you can have confidence in and they are always my first call for any HVAC, plumbing or mechanical issues. Highly recommended.
After Superstorm Sandy I hired NJM Mechanical to replace my home heating and air conditioning system that I lost in the flooding. Not only was Neil’s work professional and competent but he redesigned the system which made it much more efficient. I used him again just recently to replace an old boiler in a rental property that I own and he again was able to redesign that system to make it more efficient and bring the heating system up to the current building code. I would highly recommend NJM Mechanical. They do things the right way.
Njm mechanical contracting was hired to handle an insurance job at my house from damages to interior and exterior due to raccoon damage . They replaced my roof and inside walls and ceilings and insulation that was ruined by these pesty animals. They were very professional on top of always on time and very neat. .They explained everything fully and in detail and were very compassionate and understanding during this awful ordeal. The owner was very helpful and knowledgeable and was always in contact with me during the repair process. I highly recommend this company for all your contracting needs. Thank you for your services.
Neil and crew installed a central AC system in my house complete with all duct work. This was an especially complicated and labor intensive job. They showed up every day. They vacuumed and cleaned up after each day of work. Neil kept me up to date every step of the way. I would highly recommend this company for your central air conditioning needs.
