Great service ! Arrived assessed the failure and ordered the required replacement. Returned installed tested, all work as required. Very quick response also.
My 13 year old unit had quit working at of course late in the evening. I called Kevin with nixon a.c. and he came out to my home that same evening with in 30 minutes after I called. Had my house cooling with in no time. Very pleased with his service and getting to me so quickly. If you need any a.c. work don't hesitate on calling them. I will be a returning customer.
I have 3 units installed to different properties and had wonderful service. One property had older unit, one ac company said it couldn't be fixed. I contacted Nixon Ac and came right over and made repairs. Very fair on prices and great service. Would recommend this service to any one. Best prices in the ark-la-tex.
I'm giving one star because that's the minimum writing I can give these people regardless of what they say when into collision with an individual to conspire to overcharge my father bought $200 so that this individual could receive a commission for finding a job. To me this is very very bad business their personal they overcharged is an 80-year-old man on a very fixed income who would now have to go borrow money just make it the rest of the month. They say that they never did work for this person. But they did work for my father Keith stambaugh.

I had a 23 year old failing unit and called for some quotes. Eric came out and gave an honest assessment of our unit and came back with a highly competitive quote. They brought a team in the next business day and got us back up and running. I realize most companies would have similar service, but then they followed back up with me and identified an opportunity for improvement. After that follow-up visit man our new unit is just wonderful. I appreciate the attention to detail. I would recommend Eric and his team to anyone. Good value and great service.
