Josh did a fantastic job. Fast and responsive. While we didn’t use them for the repair, he gave me some information that the builder put in a 3 year old unit in my new house that failed. Thanks for helping so quickly.
My one and a half year old ac unit went out in the middle of July. Ninja came out the day I called them and worked tirelessly to get my air conditioning up and running again. They were communicative, timely, fair with pricing and most importantly, they were honest. I will only use ninja from here on out.
My cousin referred Ninja to me after another HVAC company was not able to get my A/C going after 2 weeks and 3 different attempts. Ninja sent Josh to my home within just a few hours (after hours) and he was able to diagnose and fix my A/C the next morning. Josh was knowledgable, professional, friendly and above all thoughtful he went above and beyond to make sure he was able too get the parts needed as soon as possible and saving us from another long day without A/C. Moving forward I will only use Ninja. Thank you Ninja and Josh!
Loved this company! It was great to be able to book online with a schedule that I could choose from based on what worked for me. Josh was our technician and he was the best! He was very professional and respectful of our home. It was obvious that was well trained and knew his stuff. He could give us his expert opinions and recommendations while helping us to actually understand a complex system and jargon. Amazing attitude and super friendly - I would absolutely request him again anytime I need HVAC services in the future!
Kary was very nice and resolved the problem with AC unit very quickly. Will definitely call Ninja Heating & Air again when we have a problem.
Josh and team were incredible! My AC had a burnt-out contactor and wiring. S previous company I shall not name quoted double the cost that Ninja did! And they pressured me to replace the compressor that ultimately didn't need to be replaced. I sent Ninja pictures of the issue and they quoted me a much better price. When they came out to my house they were extremely professional and thorough. They explained everything and they honored their quote. Even at a higher price I would go with Ninja because of their honesty and professionalism. I'm not an AC expert so I rely on people like Josh and the Ninja team. You will not regret hiring them!!!
It was the super busy hot season, the time when every single AC company was swamped, and we couldn't get anyone out to look at our AC that wasn't blowing cold, some wouldn't even respond to us, or they would answer and not show up when they said they would, and then ghost us. It was frustrating. After 2 weeks of this, I read about Ninja Heating and Air. Everyone sounded happy with them. I called on a Monday morning, Ian was out to look at the AC Monday afternoon (first wow!) It wasn't going to be an easy fix because of an improper install of an AC unit by another company 2 years earlier. I was anxious because I was really in a time crunch trying to get it fixed before I had surgery soon and I would be relegated to my upstairs (very hot in the afternoon) bedroom for a few days. Ian and Craig came back 3 days later on Thursday and they had everything fixed that fast. Another WOW! I was so happy with them! They got the job done, super responsive, were very friendly and respectful, and cleaned up when they were done. These guys were great! Hopefully I won't need any services again in the near future, but if I do, I will be calling Ninja!
Kary did great! He explained things at my level of understanding and gave us a few options with prices of what we could do to fix our AC.
My ac unit broke down. I called around to most 24/7 places and had to wait on hold to be told their next available time was next week. This place got me a slot next day. Ian, the fellow who came, was quick, knowledgeable, and efficient in troubleshooting the problem (a bad capacitor). He was friendly, had the part on hand, and was able to fix it within a couple hours. If I ever have another trouble with my heating and air, I'm calling Ninja.
Josh and Kary spent 3 hours troubleshooting what was going on with our AC unit. They went above and beyond looking at every possible reason why things weren’t working. When we thought we had a reason that they couldn’t fix they offered to help us get a temporary fix and as we started working on that we realized it was a different problem that took us back to troubleshooting in a different way. They were persistent and knowledgeable and did everything they could for us even though it was late at night, hot, and it had been a long day. I so appreciate everyone I interacted with at Ninja and would 100% use them again!! And I will definitely ask for Josh and Kary again by name if I ever need help with an AC unit again- they were the best!
Josh was amazing. Very professional, thorough and walked me through all available options. Easily best HVAC experience I've had in Utah. I'll definitely use Ninja again because of Josh.

Ninja Heating and Air was just as good as the other reviews say. I believe I worked with Josh. They were super responsive, came out when they said they would, went above and beyond to explain things to me and help me feel comfortable. They also took extra time to advise me on things that will save me money in the long run. Highly recommend!

Josh has done a great job servicing our heating system. We’ve had intermittent problems and he’s been able to diagnose and fix our system to get our heat working like it should. Fast, friendly service without unnecessary sales pitches. Highly recommend!!
