I recently had the opportunity to work with Nick from NicKel Mechanical for a complex HVAC relocation project and I couldn't be happier with the results. Nick was professional, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was done to the highest standards. The task of moving my furnace and AC system 20ft to the northwest side of my basement, as well as moving my water heater a few feet, was no easy feat. However, he was up for the challenge. He came in with a well-thought-out plan and executed it flawlessly. He took care of everything from start to finish and even made sure to clean up after himself. Nick was very communicative throughout the entire process, keeping me informed of his progress and making sure that I was comfortable with everything. He took the time to answer any questions I had and made sure that I was fully satisfied with the results. In the end, my furnace, AC system, and water heater are now in their new home, and everything is working perfectly. We were referred to Nick by a friend who had some other work done on their AC and Heating units. Our furnace wasn't working correctly. Nick went into our crawl space, scoped out the furnace, and came back with the results. Our furnace was way overdue for replacement and Nick gave us the honest information we needed to hear. Two days before the biggest cold temps we have been through. Nick was able to find us a horizontal furnace to fit and completed the job the very next day. We made it through the -15º temps with ease. Thanks for the quality work and on-demand service! I would recommend Nick's services to anyone.
My furnace went out over a weekend. I live in the foothills and had trouble finding anyone to come up here. Nick came up replaced my furnace and tidied up the old ductwork. I feel so lucky that I found NicKel Mechanical. They came to inspect my old furnace. He pulled out the motor and discovered it was leaking oil and covered in dust. So he replaced my motor and cleaned and checked everything. This adds more years to my system. I highly recommend him for being so thorough, competent, and honest. Highly recommend!!!!

I first got Nick's services to install an AC and heat pump mini-split system. I liked his work and then had him to do some plumbing work. Hoping next to do some exhaust duct work. He is conscientious and pleasant to work with. I recommend him.

Nick was awesome! We bought a house without AC (crazy right) and a pretty old furnace, we knew we wanted to get everything taken care of before the hot Colorado summer! Nick was quick to come out and give us a quote, when we decided to move forward we had the install quickly scheduled. We are so happy with our new systems and everything is working perfectly!
