Oh yeah, I’ve found my HVAC guy!Nick is professional, understanding and an enthusiastic teacher. I had reached out to two other large companies before contacting Nick and dealt with their aggressive schmoozy salesmen. Nick is the exact opposite! Gave options with a reasonable price and detailed explanations. When I had questions, big or small, he was happy to explain. Nick takes pride in his work and it is obvious in the final product.
Nick was incredibly responsive, knowledgable and professional. He diagnosed our HVAC issue, presented us with several options, and got us set up with repairs quickly. He was a true hero during a recent heat wave!
I would highly recommend Nick the HVAC guy for any and all of your system needs. He came all the way out to us in Estacada after a big storm cause a huge tree limb to bust our HVAC. He was on time, and fit us into his schedule as soon as possible. Nick was very courteous and respectful of our property. He is knowledgeable and friendly. We felt cared for in our situation and he made sure our system was up and running as soon as possible, and continued to follow up to make sure we were in top running shape. We love to support small businesses, and we will continue to use Nick ourselves, and recommend his business to everyone we know.
We are so thankful for Nick! Our furnace went out over the weekend and when I reached out to him, he scheduled me right away. Then after scheduling he ended up being able to come out earlier than planned. He’s so nice and professional! We will definitely recommend and call Nick in the future.
Nick installed a furnace and A/C system for me. As a tradesperson I appreciate quality in material and craftsmanship, and Nick delivers on both. Very professional, very personable. He knows his craft, is well equipped and takes pride in his work.

Nick went above and beyond the call for duty. He changed his schedule to fit me in, came in, diagnosed the problem, identified the solution, bought the part and fixed it. All in within a few hours. During this heat wave, he just made my day (week, really). Thank you, Nick!
I highly recommend Nick for AC service items. As the temperature in PDX increased, ofcourse our 12 year old AC unit decided to quit. Nick made time to come over the same day, identified the issue and was extremely detailed. We ended up replacing the unit and he was able to get it all installed within a week when some of the other larger outfits were scheduling weeks and months out. I am glad he is local to the area and will be the 1st call for HVAC items in the future. Keep up the good work and customer service Nick!
Nick was on time to the appointment time that was scheduled! The appointment window was only the exact hour so I wasn’t waiting around for hours either. I was quite sure what the issue was but he was able to look at the system and diagnose it for me. He found issues that I didn’t even know existed as well and provided advice to prevent issues moving forward too.
Nick was awesome! He made time during his busy schedule to come and resolve the issue we had the next day after contacting. He explained things clearly, was super pleasant, with lots of patience and knowledge of his work. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a good prompt fix of cooling/heating system.
Nick was very professional; and he let us know in advance that because of the day of failure, parts were going to be hard to find. He said it might take a couple of days. Sure enough once the parts came in, he came right over and put that part in even though it was late in the after noon. It’s hard to find people who want to take care of your family just as much as he does. Thanks for everything Nick, and thanks for coming out on such short notice.

Nick performed a routine service of my furnace and a/c units. He was very professional and answered all my questions. I also found his prices to be very reasonable. He discovered some issues with my systems which he explained to me and told me costs up front so I wouldn’t be blindsided. I was very pleased he was able to come back a week later to perform the repairs. I am very satisfied with his work!!! I definitely plan on using his services in the future.
Our heat went out over the weekend and needed it fixed ASAP since it was snowing AND we have an 8 month old. Nick was quick, efficient, and diagnosed the issue and had it all fixed within an hour. I'm so happy and grateful he was able to get the heating back on track and we can sleep comfortably tonight with the impending snow on the horizon.
Such great service! Called Nick on Friday morning and he was there that afternoon. So thankful I didn't have to spend the weekend without heat!!! He also checked my furnace and replaced the filters.
Nick is incredibly customer service oriented. He is prompt and responsive with a huge level of integrity. Furthermore, his knowledge of HVAC is unmatched and will do whatever it takes to ensure all needs are met and heating and cooling properly functioning! What sets him apart is he even follows up after the work and/or service is completed. No one else I can recommend more than Nick! No need to look elsewhere!
We were one of the unlucky ones that had our AC die on us during an extreme heat wave this summer. Being 9 months pregnant and having another child in the home I was panicked. Nick answered our call promptly that morning and thankfully was able to work us into his schedule that afternoon to check out our AC unit. Within minutes of being here he had diagnosed the problem and was working to get our system back running. We are beyond thankful for finding a reliable local HVAC guy. He saved us from melting another night in the heat, was super friendly and very reasonably priced. Do not hesitate calling Nick for any of your HVAC needs, we definitely will be using him for our yearly maintenance services.
