Exceptional service!
I highly recommend Nicholas Aire Systems. Thank you Nick, Jeff, lady who answers the phone and team that installed my new air/heating unit!! Everyone is so knowledgeable, prompt and understanding. Every time I had a question, they were able to answer it and helped me understand which air conditioning unit was best for my home. They then installed it when they said they would and everything went great! Thank you again, I will be referring this company. =]
Nick was the best! Can't say enough good things about them, if you want experienced people that know their stuff, this is the right company for you. So rare that you get the best company right off the bat with all the paid marketing that you have to sift through.
I am very pleased with Nicholas Aire. They communicate well and get the job done. I highly recommend them. I had a company that was constantly trying to sell me more service, Nicholas Aire doesn't do that. I trust them to do the job only when needed.
Wouldn't call anyone else
I’ve been a customer and so has my family for over twenty years. Simply put, they are the best! I don’t trust any other company and always recommend them to my neighbors. I had a new AC System installed last year and could not be happier. They are a family owned business located in Santa Clarita and so happy they service my house in Sherman oaks as well as my brothers house and sisters. Nick, Donna, and Jeff - You guys are the best and thanks for taking such good care of my families AC and Heating needs.

Great experience. My air stopped working on the weekend. I called them Monday morning and they sent someone right out. They were on time and very professional. I have been using this company for many years and I would highly recommend them.

I've had to call Nicholas Aire twice this year--once for AC maintenance, and today because my heater wasn't working. In both instances, I called in the morning, and they came that same afternoon. Totally professional, seamless, friendly, and they solved my problems. I can 100% recommend this company without reservation.
We must have talk to and received quotes from almost every HVAC company in the valley to replaced a 30 year old system. Nicolas Aire had been recommended and now we know why! They were incredibly knowledgeable, explained every step down to the minute details. They even installed a new dryer exhaust 😁 Their crew was led by Dot, a very experienced installer who was incredibly respectful, kind and communicative. His team of installers were totally on it! Nicholas Aire, Dot, Johnny and Lonnie - thank you! We now are able to enjoy our “cool” home!!

I am not a customer. I want that to be known. But I did witness one of their drivers on a very congested northbound 5 freeway. They veered in and out of lanes without a care for other drivers, all while smiling and laughing. They even crossed into and out of the carpool lanes at will crossing the triple solid lines. I get they were getting off work, but don't screw another drivers day by scaring or hitting others. Last three numbers of the plate, and the company can do what they want with this information: 6L1. With company trucks, I suggest retraining your people to not put you in a liability situation. Safety first.
